This private home features two spacious rooms with comfy beds, a full kitchen and roomy bathroom. There is also a small bonus office for your use. Thank you for choosing to stay with us. The location could not be better as the home is a stone's throw from Chapman University (just 1/2 a block) and is only 1 1/2 blocks from the Plaza and on a an Old Towne Orange Spoke street! Brand new carpet, paint and fresh linens! You will feel as if every detail has been thought of because it has! You will have access to the entire upstairs 2- bedroom (plus office room) apartment. Your private entrance is on the side of the home just up the brown staircase. Rafael is a favorite host here in Old Towne Orange. He is very responsive and helpful should you need anything yet he will never intrude. Within easy walking distance are fantastic coffee shops, restaurants, and antique shops. Unsurprisingly, Old Towne Orange has repeatedly been voted Orange County's 'Favorite Downtown'. Every Saturday, there's also a wonderful farmers' market nearby. Close to public transportation; most people love the walkability! Prices may vary with holidays and local events. Home features three bedrooms. Master has a king bed and bath with glass block rain shower. Second and Third bedrooms have queen size beds. Living space has a full sized futon for a another couple if desired. Open kitchen, dining and granite bar seating all connected for cooking and entertaining. Or do it all outside at the built in Palapa with barbecue, fridge, television and seating for eight. Large rock pool and jacuzzi. The waterfall and palm trees finish the tropical feel of the backyard.

Our home is perfect for families to enjoy their stay in Orange County in a spacious home with a beautiful backyard. We welcome guests of all ages, but please note there are stairs in the house. Koi pond in the backyard is fenced for young guests. Guests ages 2 and under do not need to be counted in guest count. Entire house is yours during your stay. No pets, no parties and no additional visitors.

Perched on a hilltop with Amazing Views, Our place is walking distance from CSU of Fullerton and Fullerton Arboretum. We are located off the 57 fwy and a 20 min drive to Disneyland! It is a tiny cottage with modern amenities and although the cottage is detached from the main home, there is a cottage directly below, where you may hear noise if occupied. You may never see us, but available if needed. Enjoy a tranquil space with sounds of morning birds, outdoor fountains and a dog!
