At The Tree House you will find beautiful fresh decor, fast wifi, music on demand, Smart Tv, state of the art kitchen, shower room/toilet/dressing room. A patio area enjoys outdoor seating, overlooking a large landscaped garden with views down the village.

The Walk is in the heart of York, right beside the Railway staion with one allocated parking space .This luxury apartment has one large bedroom with a super king size bed that can be made into two singles if requested, the other bed being a full size double sofa bed in the living room. This ground floor studio is located in a converted warehouse within the city walls. It was converted in 2018 so the interior is in great order and the exterior looks onto water views. With a 5 minute walk to the main historic area/main shopping area and a 2 minute walk to major supermarkets, the studio is well connected. Wifi included. This lovely modern apartment in The Walk provides the perfect base for your holiday in York. It is beautifully furnished and well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It has 2 bedrooms, one double with full en suite bathroom, the other has 2 single beds that can be made into a king if required. The lounge has a sofa bed (small double). Extra charge for 5th and 6th guests. It’s close to the train station and has York’s attractions within walking distance.

You can also rent 109 Nunnery Lane allowing bookings of up to 12. Additional £30 charge for dogs.
