A nice and cozy stay, quietly located yet remains central. Close to the beach and cities like Alkmaar and Amsterdam. With a lovely, sunny garden where there are plenty of relax spots. The place includes the cute and easygoing cat Jet. She has her own cat door and can go in and out whenever she wants. So there's no need for a litter box. Well isolated, perfect for musicians , comes standard with acoustic piano and a Vintage record player with some old vinyls & Netflix on the TV. Nearby are several supermarkets, a bakery, restaurants and railway station 15 minutes walk through historical centre. Takes 12 minutes by train from Zaandam to Amsterdam central, and 10 minutes to the historic windmills at Zaanse Schans.

Sfeervol huis + tuin in centrum + poes

Als je ervan houdt om lekker overal dichtbij te zijn dan is dit gezellige huis (MET POES!) ideaal! Het staat in het centrum van Zaandam. In enkele minuten lopen ben je op het NS station (zeer vaak treinen naar Amsterdam), in de winkelstraat of bij restaurants en kroegen. Ook kun je bij mooi weer in de tuin zitten en genieten van mijn bloemen en planten! Ik ben nog aan het verbouwen, maar het is leuk en netjes genoeg om met anderen te delen, maar je ziet het dus nog wel!

Onder de rook van Amsterdam ligt dit sfeervolle appartement. Binnen 15 min sta je in hartje Amsterdam. Het appartement heeft een ruime woonkamer met uitzicht op het water, mooie keuken, badkamer en een slaapkamer met een 2 persoons bed, 1 persoons bed en er is een stretcher voor een eventuele extra gast. . Het appartement ligt op de 1e verdieping wat toegankelijk is met een trap er is geen lift aanwezig. Er is een Frans balkon dat uitzicht geeft over het water.

Our apartment is located on the top floor in one of Alkmaar's most famous buildings. It is the ideal base for exploring the city and the region. Step outside into the picturesque streets and canals and take a walk in the city park around the corner. Discover the historical monuments or visit the cheese market, explore the many boutiques or cafes and restaurants nearby. On the ground floor is the hippest restaurant in Alkmaar with a sunny terrace on the water.

In the room has all the amenities. The guest entrance is in our back yard with its own front door, so that you are free. This room is a mix of antique and modern style, comfortable and luxury furnished and fully equipped. There is a luxurious double bed and folding bed with high-quality mattresses. The total room was renovated in August 2018. Opposite our House is a forest. Our garden is subtropical, with hibiscus, palms, and a fig tree. You are welcome

Gelegen aan het centrale dorpsplein van het prachtige dorpje Ilpendam, staat ons grote huis met een modern en luxe ingerichte studio op de begane grond. Ilpendam is een pittoresk dorpje vlakbij Amsterdam, in 10 minuten ben je met de bus op Amsterdam Centraal Station. Je hebt uitzicht op de tuin en het aangrenzende park met vlindertuin en speeltuintje. Parkeren kan gratis voor de deur.
