Modern one-story home in Poljica, Hvar, with a 75m² interior and surrounded by a lush 1,100m² garden. Features a well-equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms, and a work area with a monitor. Enjoy different outdoor spaces for relaxing throughout the day. The house uses filtered rainwater, safe for drinking. Family-friendly, but no loud music or parties late at night. Close to Mala Stiniva beach (5 min), Zastražišće (8 min), and Jelsa (18 min), with nearby local eateries and scenic bays to explore.

Two-floor stone house, with a sleeping room, living room, dining area, bathroom, and kitchen. It was built originally in 1711., it's in the center of Jelsa. It has all the modern amenities: air conditioning, TV, washing machine, equipped kitchen and bathroom, and a small library. Also, our guests receive a welcoming bottle of homemade wine and olive oil. It's no more than 100 meters from the sea. A small terrasse, overlooking our garden, is perfect to enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine.

Note that both are shared with other guests on our property. You will be hosted by a beekeeper family on a honey farm, so you can learn a thing or two about making honey!
