The Boho house is one of the reasons that made me love Cairo. I’m really grateful for taking the decision to rent with Ahmed, Ahmed is truly amazing guy and his way of hospitality is insane, felt like home. The apartment is really cozy is really cozy with an amazing huge outdoor garden that makes it perfect, really was amazed of how green is the house and that fits all the furniture vibe.. Literally you will not need anything, the house is ready with all the equipments you can imagine, even the coffee machines, all the apps on the TV, really made it very easy to enjoy my stay like how i’m stay at home, even better. Not to talk about the location, the house is almost 5 mins away from all well known area, Cairo festival mall, Katameya downtown, all the coffee shops and restaurants, really the location was the best, made me discover a lot of areas in very short time. grateful to know someone like you Ahmed, really thank a lot for everything and the hospitality you gave, see you soon 🙌🏼

السكن جميل ومطابخ للواقع يسمح الزوار المالك متواصل باستمرار معاي حريص على تلبية احتياجات سهل الدخول والخروج إلى مسكن المسكن الكم باوند نظيف الأثاث متوسط العمر الديكور جميل النت سريع توفر تلفزيونات في كل مكان ولكن لدي ملاحظتان يوجد رائحة ( مجاري) في الحمام العلوى مستمره على الرغم من استدعاء شركة نظافة المكان بعيد عن وسط القاهرة

My family and I had a great time staying at Ahmed’s place. The place was spacious and very comfortable and has a great view. It is very close to some wonderful restuarants which are all about 5 - 10 walk away. Ahmed was a great host and very prompt in responding to any questions I had. Definately worth the money. One point to raise and this is beyond Ahmed's control they closed the walk way along the Nile. Appears they doing some work so you could not use the walk way right next to the Nile. This did not destract from the great time we had. Would recommend this place.

Highly recommendable!! The apartment is located in one of the newest areas of the city, the surroundings are beautiful and its extremely safe. The location is very good, a few minutes away from the pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum. Also, you have a lot of amenities around including a mini-market in the compound. Our host Khalid was very responsive and helpful. The apartment itself is very spacious and comfortable, specially if you are a big group. The terrace is breath taking so, if you are looking for a place where to have some time off you have just found it!

We came back to New Cairo after touring Siwa Oasis and did a second stay at Noha's place. She is an excellent host and her house is clean, spacious, and in a great location in Mivida. I highly recommend.

The place is absolutely beautiful, just as shown in the photos. The balcony views are stunning and truly soothe the soul. The only downside was the slow response time, especially when sending the location. Overall, a wonderful stay!

بصراحة من افضل الاماكن الي سكنت فيها خلال سفرياتي في مصر كلها مكان جميل جدا ونظيف ومرتب وتعامل ممتاز جدا من المهندس طارق احساس انك في بيتك وكل وشي تمام وراحة نفسية وطاقة حلوة داخل المكان بصراحة من افضل اماكن السكن المتواجدة

This place was a perfect spot, very quite and peaceful. The apartment was spacious and spotless clean. It was the best stay and easy check in and out. The location was perfect due to near by shopping area and coffee shops. Also, transportation by uber was easy to come in and out of the compound. I found it very easy to communicate with jack and he was so friendly and helpfull. This place is highly recommended.

festival living apartments الشقه في هذا الكمباوند المؤجر جدا متعاون كان في بعض التعليقات ع النظافه وتعاون وارسل وحده تنظف الموقع قريب من المول وجنب الكماوبند محطه وستاربكس وسوبر ماركت صغير انصح فيها الكموباند امن بعد الله ومريح طلبنا من المؤجر نطلع ع الساعة 1 وكان مرحب وقال وقت ماتبون اطلعوا بما ان مافي مؤجرين بعدكم نادر احد يوافق اشكره ع تعاونه وسرعة الاستجابة اذا طلبنا منه شي مايمر وقت طويل الى وفره وباذن الله نكرر السكن مره ثانيه🤍

شقة في كمباوند متوفر في جميع الخدمات وامن علي مدار الساعة … مضيف رائع ومتوفر دائما عندما تحتاجه … في كل مرة سوف ازور القاهرة سوف يكون الخيار الاول بكل تاكيد

The place is unique within the hotel (only poolside setting). Most everything is new and very clean. Seems the apartment is still a bit of a 'construction project' with paint oversprays and still needs some work outside to bring it up to its full potential. A bit rough on some areas: water damaged walls, etc. But still a good value and I will stay there again next time.

I had a really lovely stay at this place. It was spacious, clean and very well equipped. Loved the roof terrace and the evenings spent there. Good connections to anything in Cairo.

This is an amazing, quiet, comfortable, clean, unique, beautiful, and spacious apartment. Rooftop area was spacious and very clean. This place was definitely beyond the expectation. I would love to stay there again. Many thanks to Amgad and his sister!

Amgad and sister Amal were great people and treated me like family , it is close to major restaurants and shopping centers .I highly recommend their place for a short or long stay to anyone and thank you again Amgad and Amal .
