One The old smelting works, near Hall for Cornwall

The Old Smelting works is a building of historical importance. Around 1892 and next to Brunels viaduct, it was a Tin Smelting Works. In recent years it has been converted into four modern apartments but holding on to as much of it’s industrial history as possible. The Smelting Works is in the centre of Truro, though quietly tucked away from all the hustle and bustle of the Town Centre which is just five minutes walk away. Train station a 5-10 minute walk away and close to all transport links.

The Pavilion

The Pavilion is a contemporary barn conversion in a rural location but just a 5 minute drive from the city of Truro. The property is surrounded by countryside with plenty of public footpaths. The village of Shortlanesend is a short walk away with some amenities including a pub and a local shop and the award winning restaurant ‘Penrose Kitchen and water gardens’ is a 5 minute walk away down quiet lanes. There is easy access to the north coast beeches with Perranporth only 6 miles away.

Trefronick farm, Carriage house

Carriage House is a spacious property in the middle of a working farm. Separate kitchen and sitting area with private garden and use of a field. Trefronick Farm has a beef herd and sheep flock, with pet lambs and goats. 5 miles from nearest beach (Perranporth) & 5 miles from Truro. It is very close to the A30 making Penzance in the west, and the Eden Project to the East both just over 30 minutes. A well behaved dog is welcome; at extra cost we can provide a dog sitting service.
