The neighbouring café is a local favourite and the area has many restaurants with the shopping and entertainment hubs of Ballito and Salt Rock a short drive away.

The top floor is spacious and fresh with beautiful Sea Views.There is a double garage and guest loo on the top floor. The Villa is fully air-conditioned . The second and bottom floor are where all the spacious bedrooms and bathrooms are .All 3 bathrooms have baths and showers. Each level has there own veranda. It is in a safe and secure complex with 24hr guard patrol and has private access to the beach as well as a pool which is discreetly in front of our villa for the complex to use .
