Living in a family friendly environment in a nice small village south of Haarlem, near Amsterdam and the beach. You are living in my private house, with a nice secluded back garden, a sitting area in front of the house and a fully equipped kitchen. Excellent transportation facilities including my tandem and bikes to be used for free. The house is suitable for up to 5 people, max 6 , with 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds. No students and please be aware no use of weed in and around the house.

Openslaande deuren naar de afgesloten tuin op het zuiden 5x7 L-vormige kamer met open keuken ( kitchenette) Aanwezig: Koelkast met vriesvak. Afwasmachine. waterkoker. Oven. Airfryer. 2 pits Inductiekookplaat. Nespresso koffieapparaat. Fijne bedden en prettige (regen) douche wastafel met opberglades. LET OP! De bovenverdieping / slaapgedeelte heeft geen trap hek en raden we aan om hier geen kleine kinderen te laten verblijven.

Het polderhuisje is een oase van rust midden in de randstad. Het is recent ver-nieuw-bouwt en is van alle gemakken voorzien. De wifi werkt uitstekend in alle ruimtes. Perfecte plek voor vakantie en om rustig te kunnen werken. Het polderhuisje ligt centraal: het strand (16 km), Amsterdam (20 km), Leiden (13 km) en Utrecht (30km). Het Soomerhuys is in the center of it all! As the train station is just 1 minute away you will be at Amsterdam Station and Haarlem station within 10 minutes and at the beach within 20 minutes. A wonderful private Studio on the ground floor. It has a spacious, light room with a double bed, a sofa and a (work)table. It has a private frontdoor, an entrance/hallway and a private bathroom. Enjoy the sun on the bench in the front garden. My wife and I live next-door: the connecting door is locked to guarantee privacy. An intimate and quiet street in the lively Amsterdam East. Within walking distance lots of trendy restaurants, shops, museums, parks, subway station, Railwaystation.

Toe aan ultieme ontspanning in een stad waar altijd wat te doen is?
