Proprietor easy to communicate with. Access to property was easy. Property was clean. Basic supplies provided in the kitchen for cooking (eg salt, oil, etc). Safe parking. Overall quiet safe neighbourhood. Living area was spacious but the layout was uncomfortable for using the TV screen.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Fabio’s place. The apartment was cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. Communication was smooth from start to finish, and Fabio was kind, responsive, and made sure I felt at home. The location was perfect — quiet yet close to everything I needed. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches and how well-equipped everything was. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! Die Kommunikation war jederzeit möglich und gut, es gab sehr schnelle Antwort. Defekte Glühbirne wurde umgehend gewechselt. Die Wohnung war für unsere Gruppengröße passend (4 Erwachsene und ein Baby)- es ist mir ein Rätsel, wie 9 Menschen in der Küche Platz finden sollten.

We had an amazing stay with Ester and her husband as our hosts. They were incredibly helpful and welcoming — even offering to fetch our children and coach to the competition hall when we arrived a bit late on check-in day. Ester kindly showed us the nearby restaurants and grocery store, making it easy to settle in. The home itself was beyond our expectations — fully equipped with everything we needed and more. The atmosphere was peaceful, and her friendliness truly stood out. Although we’re not sure when we’ll be back, we would highly recommend her homestay to anyone, especially if you're traveling in a group of 7 to 10 people. It was a truly enjoyable experience from start to finish.

Suoer schönes Apartement und alles war vorhanden. Hoher Standard und auch die Möglichkeit Wäsche zu waschen war für uns ein besonderes Plus. Kommunikation mit Walter ist sehr angenehm und wir kommen gerne wieder. VG

Diese Unterkunft ist im Vergleich zum Hotel und den anderen Kosten die in der Schweiz auf einen zukommen sehr Besucherfreundlich. Ein wunderschönes Apartment mit allem Notwendigen was man braucht. Definitiv mehr als nur das Geld wert

We loved Monika & Emil's place! Came on our e-bikes and spent a blissful week doing beautiful biking tours! M & E had a locked garage for storing our bikes. Their place was clean, spacious, beautiful views of the lake, had lovely outdoor spaces and comfortable beds and furniture. Herzlichen Dank an Monika und Emil!

Nui und Stephan haben uns nicht nur freundlich empfangen, sie hatten uns zusätzlich einen frischen Zopf und viele weitere Leckereien bereit. Was für eine schöne Überraschung! An dieser Stelle nochmals herzlichen Dank! Im Haus hat es vier Schlafzimmer und sehr viel Platz zum Verweilen… Ideal für eine Gruppe. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Durch die ideale Lage, hatten wir eine gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge in der nahen Umgebung. Da die nächsten Gäste erst einem Tag später anreisten, durften wir länger in der Wohnung bleiben… so genossen wir die warme Sonne auf der Terrasse, umgeben von Fliederduft… herrlich!

Dieser Bungalow ist einfach ein absolutes Schmuckstück. Jedes Detail in diesem Haus zeugt von viel Liebe und Stil. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb total wohl und willkommen gefühlt. So war der Whirlpool bereits aufgeheizt und parat für uns. Die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen, alles ist da. Weiter lädt das bequeme Sofa zu gemütlichen Abenden ein und später wartet ein sehr bequemes Bett auf einen. Fabienne ist eine herzliche Gastgeberin, die proaktiv kommuniziert und sehr grosszügig ist. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Simply spectacular. As for the accommodation, everything was great. The place is beautiful and very quiet. But without a doubt the best thing was the friendliness of the Thommen family. Both Andy and Iren and their children. I literally felt at home. The best experience of my life. They were super friendly and open with me. They made my life in Switzerland so much easier. They recommended places in the area, were super attentive during my stay.... I will be grateful to them forever.

Wunderschönes Gartenzimmer mit lauschiger Terrasse und Schwedenofen. Sympathische und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Angenehme Privatsphäre. Ich mag lieber dunkle Vorhänge zum Abdunkeln, aber das ist Geschmacksache. Würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen.

Jolanda ist eine gutheißen Seele, mit der man sich sofort wohl fühlt. Obschon ich nach einem Konzert erst spät am Abend in ihrem Haus eintreffen konnte, blieb sie extra für mich wach und erklärte und zeigte mir alles, was für meinen Aufenthalt nützlich war. Das grosse Bett, mit der besten Matratze der Welt, wiegt einem sofort in den Schlaf. Am nächsten Morgen erwartet dich eine Hammeraussicht aus dem schönen Gästezimmer in romantischem Stil. Besser geht nicht mehr! Nochmals ganz herzlichen Dank für alles, liebe Jolanda!

Die Kommunikation mit Eveline war im Vorfeld schon wunderbar. Vor Ort wurden wir sehr freundlich von ihrer Mutter empfangen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Neues Bad, neue Küche und neue Böden. Mit viel Holz und alles war blitzsauber. Die Wohnung ist im zweiten Stock eines Bauernhauses.

We had a great stay and we really liked the accommodation and the area around it.

It was a lovely family Christmas! The apartment was very spacious and very clean. The panorama from the living room to the lake and the mountains is amazing. The owner is very responsive, always responding quickly to messages. And an important moment for us - our youngest daughter forgot her phone in the apartment, and we discovered the loss only a few days later. The owner resolved this issue very quickly, the phone was even charged so that we could see its location. We are definitely ready to return here, with pleasure!

You will not be disappointed if you stay here! I need to comeback myself, very peaceful, with stunning views of the lake. Highly recommend!!

Die Wohnung von Rita ist ein absolutes Juwel. Man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Der Garten ist umwerfend und einfach nur paradiesisch. Ich werde bestimmt wieder hierher kommen.

Gorgeous views, beautiful home, and a great “centralized spot” for day trips to Lucerne, Mount Pilatus, Gimmelwald (Grendlewald too). I think a rental car is a must for this home and it’s so easy to drive and find parking spaces for all our day trips. Having a car was fantastic way to see all the sites in this part of Switzerland. Roger was a fantastic host and I highly recommend this home! We loved it and would absolutely stay here again.

Hands down one of the best Airbnbs I have stayed in. This place is exactly like the pics and just a 15min bus away from Luzern, quite peaceful surroundings amidst nature. You will get to see lot of cows and Alpacas around. Brian and Fabienne are really nice people and were always responsive and helpful. Our family loved staying at their place for 4 nights. Much recommended.
