Charming apartment - quiet location

In a house in the Zurich metropolitan area (6km near city center, 12 min with car, 25min with public transportation) we rent an apartment with private entrance. The apartment has a new kitchen, dining area, office table and bathroom. The bed (110 cm) and a sofa bed (120cm) allow a stay for two people. The garden with barbecue, deck chairs and dining table can be shared. A small TV and free W-Lan connection is also available in the apartment and in the price! Car park (1 car) available in front of the house. Laundry can be used (including dryer). Surcharge depending on stay time. The hosts give you tips or answer questions about public transport, etc. Documents about this can be found already on the table. We speak: German, French, Spanish and English! Knonau liegt an der Strecke Zürich (36 Min.) - Zug (9 Min.)

The apartment is located in Feldmeilen, directly on Lake Zurich with a private terrace and garden. Right across the street there is a small park with beautiful views over lake Zurich and the possibility to take a swim in summer. The apartment is 20 minutes from Zurich downtown by train. The train station is 5 minutes by foot. A restaurant and grocery stores are 3 minutes by foot. It is a quiet residential building and we ask you to be quiet from 10pm - 7am.

Willkommen in unserer neu eingerichteten Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen (75 Meter vom öffentlichen Parkplatz und 800 Meter vom Bahnhof entfernt). Der optimale Ausgangsort um direkt nach Zürich aber auch nach Zug zu gelangen. Die Wohnung ist im Dachgeschoss (ohne Lift) und für Menschen mit Mobilitätseinschränkungen nicht geeignet. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt Der Name "Home" soll daran erinnern, dass Sie sich wie "zu Hause" fühlen sollen!
