Seit Herbst 2019 erstrahlt das Cottage oberhalb von Flims auf 1500 müM. Beim Bau wurde grosses Augenmerk auf Qualität, Regionalität und vor allem Langlebigkeit gelegt, sowie Liebe zum Detail – das sind die Zutaten, die unser Cottage so einzigartig machen! Die traumhafte Lage verspricht ganzjährig viel Ruhe und Erholung, Ski-In und Ski-Out im Winter sowie im Sommer, Wander- oder Biketouren vor der Haustüre fernab von Hektik und Lärm. So kannst du den Urlaub in unserem Cottage richtig geniessen.

Luminoso e tranquillo appartamento di 3 locali a Lantsch/Lenz con terrazza a soli 5' in macchina da Lenzerheide. Supermercato in paese. Inverno: Skilift per bambini e principianti, pista di ghiaccio e Biathlon Arena a pochi minuti a piedi. Estate: Parco giochi Bot Pintg con area per grigliate e campo da tennis di fronte a casa. Punto di partenza per innumerevoli passeggiate a piedi e in bicicletta. Fermata del Bus davanti a casa. Locale deposito sci e sala giochi e garage a disposizione.

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Selbst das Engadin ist in einer Stunde erreichbar.
