Es ist ein sehr schönes Apartment mit Meerblick und Meeresrauschen im Hintergrund, der Strand ist nur paar Minuten entfernt und sehr schön. Der Inhaber ist sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. außerdem ist es sehr Ruhig und man kann richtig Abschalten und gut Entspannen. Die küche könnte ist ein bisschen Verbesserungs würdig aber sonst ein sehr schönes Apartment. sehr empfehlenswert

A perfect stay. Amazing villa for which the pictures don’t do justice. It’s huge with a great pool and lots of games/amenities to keep you and the family entertained and well cared for. Mahmoud is super responsive, helpful and can provide everything you need including cleaner, cook, transportation, excursions, restaurant/sightseeing recommendations all at exceptional prices. He even spent one hour negotiating at a hair salon (for the missus and daughters) to ensure that I, as a non Egyptian, was not overpaying. I’ve stayed at hundreds of Airbnbs as I travel a lot (including a lot in dubai) and I can honestly say that Mahmoud was the most genuine, sincere and kind host I have met to date. Thank you Mahmoud!

The place is fantastic and Moataz is an incredible host. My flight got delayed and his place was available in seconds. He helped me with an easy and seamless check in process and he was very responsive. Place was incredible clean. I would definitely stay here again.

MO’s villa is one of the best in the location. it has everything anyone would need to have a great time. I really appreciate his hospitality and his quick responsiveness. He is very helpful and always available. Thank you for a great experience. I would highly recommend.

I had an incredible time staying at Bass Villa's beautiful home. The house was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a perfect trip. The location was ideal, and all the thoughtful touches made me feel right at home. Bass was an exceptional host—quick to respond and super helpful with local tips. Très bon séjour, la villa est conforme aux photos, tout était propre et bien arrangé. Hôte accueillant et arrangeant. Nous avons apprécié le fait que chaque chambre ait sa salle de bain. Il y a juste quelques réparations mineures à prévoir au niveau des salles de bain du rez-de-chaussée, et peut-être rajouter quelques couverts dans la cuisine serait un plus ! We had an amazing family quick escape at this villa! Very peaceful, spacious gardens and a lovely swimming pool made our stay incredibly relaxing! I would recommend making sure to do all shopping and prepare for an indoor stay as the location is isolated with not much around in walking distance, but it was very clear beforehand and it was what we needed anyway to enjoy quality time together, relaxing and cooking. Another highlight was the helpful host and the villa gate guard, who ensured our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, making sure all our needs are met and going above and beyond. We truly appreciate their hospitality! Overall, it is a perfect retreat for families seeking tranquility and quality time together near a private pool. Highly recommended!!

Wael is a very nice host. He was like a father for me : asking me if I need something, here when i needed, always communicating with me, finding the beat price for transportation, finding best place to eat... It was very nice to stay at his place. The place is safe, clean, quiet and the view is wonderful. People around are also very wel 9ming and the guard of the building and his son are very nice !It was a real pleasure to stay and I highly recommend this place. Thank you very much Wael !

The Villa is beautiful. The swimming pool is well maintained. We had a very pleasant and relaxing stay. The owner Mr Ihab is responsive and very kind. I recommend this villa for private family or friends gathering

Amir et sa mère sont des hôtes adorables et disponibles, francophones, ce qui aide énormément à Alexandrie. Amir est arrivé au secours dans les 5 minutes lorsque mon mari a eu un gros problème de santé nécessitant une ambulance, alors que j'étais perdue et en panique, je l'en remercie encore infiniment, sans lui, je ne m'en sortais pas. Nos hôtes sont de vrais Alexandriens qui sauront vous donner les parfaits conseils pour un parfait séjour. L'appartement est à 3 minutes à pieds de la mer et des restaurants, lumineux, calme et confortable, dans un quartier très bien sécurisé. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, merci à nos hôtes.

Hamada is very decent, one I reserved the apartment he provided me with his contacts and shared the exact location. He contacted me the day before my arrival to notify of the unplanned utilities works in the building and offered an alternative very close apartment, which was a very clean one with amazing view. I requested to delay my check out for a couple of hours and he was very cooperative.

Karim’s property is the right place to explore Alexandria. It’s clean, well furnished and huge. I recommend this place for every one needs to enjoy a vacation.
