Lækker, lille kælderlejlighed (30kvm) i stort hus fra 2018 i roligt villakvarter. Gåafstand til Amager strand og metro og 15 min på cykel til København Centrum. Nyd en getaway for to voksne evt plus en ekstra person. Madras kan lånes. Lejligheden er en del af vores hus, men med egen indgang. Vi vil derfor evt være hjemme til at tage godt i mod jer og sørge for et dejligt ophold. Lejligheden har alt, hvad der skal bruges; køleskab, service, ovn, mikroovn mv. Adgang til vaskerum efter aftale.

Apartment with a balcony close to metro and beach

Cozy 2-room apartment close to a metro station Lergravsparken (500 m.) and Amager Beach (600 m.) where you can take a morning/evening swim. The apartment has a balcony in extension to the bedroom, where you can enjoy a morning coffee or late night drink. From the apartment its easy to get into the city either by using the metro, or by grabbing a bike and ride through Christiana. It’s easy to get to/from the airport by taking the metro at Lergravsparken, which goes directly to the airport.

Komfortabel og åben lejlighed med god plads. Perfekt til den enkelte, par eller tre personer. Fra lejligheden kommer man hurtigt til byens centrum og til metro, hvor du hurtigt kan komme rundt i hele København samt til og fra lufthavnen. Yderligere ligger Amager centeret som tilbyder shopping, café/restaurant og meget mere. Lejligheden ligger nemt til strand, hvor det kan anbefales at gå morgen/aften ture. Lejligheden ligger på øverste sal i ejendommen og til venstre. Der er ingen elevator.

Musikøvelokale kan lejes særskilt efter aftale. 2 værelser. 1 værelse med 140x200 seng, skab, lænestol og skrivebord. 1 værelse med 120x200 og 90x200 senge, lænestol og skab. Køkken: Nespressomaskine, ovn, brødrister, kogeplader. Adgang til Wifi Spiseplads i forhaven. Vi har to søde katte, som godt komme på besøg i lejligheden, hvis ikke man lukker døren. 3-timers parkering i gaden.

Guesthouse close to Amagerstrand

The Guesthouse is located close to everything, which makes it easy to plan your visit. It's close to the sea, harbour and beach. The bathing pier 'Sneglen' is well-known on Amager. A beautiful walk on the paths leads you to the possibility of renting various equipment for water sports or other facilities fx mini golf. Besides this you can find supermarked within only 3 minutes walk. The Guesthouse is close to Dragør, the Airport, Christiania and Copenhagen City (including Nyhavn).

Lovely bungalow house from the 1930's, near center of Copenhagen. The beach, metro and rental bikes are within walking distance and the airport is two metro stops away. The interior design is in a modern scandinavian stile, with lots of soul, "hygge". Everything you need for your everyday supplies is within walking distance. Ideal for families, this location balances quick access to urban attractions with a relaxed coastal atmosphere.

Fantastic unique tinyhouse that fits 4 grown ups or a family with up to 3 kids. You have everything you need: bathroom, toilet and fully equipped kitchen. The beach is 400 meters away. The metro is 500 meters away. The city centre is only 4 stops, and the airport 2 stops. It is a perfect House for when you want to explore the city and need a place to eat and sleep.
