New, cozy and well designed apartment with an amazing garden overlooking the lake! Located 10 minutes walk from Bellagio’s city centre, the pearl of Lake Como. Chill and sip a glass of wine sitting on the sunchairs while contemplating the lake and Pescallo, the ancient fisherman village. The apt is at the first floor and it consist of an open space area with a double bed and a double sofa bed, a nice kitchen and a cozy bathroom. It is a very good position to explore Lake Como and its landmarks.

The apartment is on two floors: on the first one there is the living room, a bathroom, the kitchen and also a chimney; on the second one there is a bathroom and a big bedroom with a double bed and two single ones. The perfect location to relax and drink some wine admiring the peace of the lake. You will never want to leave this place.

Der grosse Sitzplatz mit Feuerschale zum Grillieren darf in Absprache genutzt werden (Partys mit Absprache / mieten beider Wohnungen). Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, ideal für viele Aktivitäten im Winter und im Sommer.

Sie liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe des Heilbades Andeer und ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Skifahren und vieles mehr. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie gemütliche Restaurants findest du in wenigen Minuten oder mit dem Auto in der Umgebung. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock und ist über die Treppe oder den Lift vom Parterre oder der Tiefgarage mühelos erreichbar.

Troverai parcheggio gratuito su strada, a solo 100 metri. L'appartamento si trova nell'incantevole zona alta di Fiumelatte (Pino).Dista 2,5 km dal centro di Varenna. Si trova in una posizione strategica: dalle finestre possiamo ammirare lo spettacolare borgo di Bellagio. Consiglio un auto per spostarsi in autonomia.

Sulla cima di una collina, circondata da vigneti e coltivazioni , si erge il fienile di "Torre Scilano", luogo incantevole, situato lungo la via "Bregaglia" , il cui sfondo sono le cascate dell'Acquafraggia. Sito non solo naturale, ma anche storico-archeologico , in quanto il fienile sorge sui resti dell'antica Piuro, fiorente città sepolta da una frana nel settembre 1618. Questa particolare costruzione storica è legata strettamente al territorio agricolo-colturale.
