This is a large beautiful second floor suite with a queen size bed that opens onto a huge veranda. The suite has a private entrance, bath and large sitting room. The home is located in historic Hayes Barton, close to downtown Raleigh and Glenwood South district. Hayes Barton is a safe, shady historic neighborhood with cafes, restaurants and breweries within walking distance. Private 'Barn'dominium with No Cleaning Fee!

Welcome! Nestled among mature maple trees, you will feel right at home in this very private Barndominium! Situated on a 3/4 acre lot in a safe, quiet neighborhood, the Barndominium is completely separate from the main house but close enough if you need anything. Also, I realize that paying those extra fees is annoying so I have waived the cleaning fee! Please note that the bathroom is on the ground floor while the bedroom is on the 2nd floor accessible by a set of stairs (no elevator).

Remodeled from salvaged materials on the farm, this bunkhouse features a full kitchen, bathroom with roomy bedroom and living room. Relax on the porch or roast marshmallows by the firepit. You can take a stroll through the Christmas trees, by the pond and in the spring and summer, through our U-pick flower patch.
