Great apartment with lovely balcony and sun terrace is great. amazing views of the sea and only 5mins to walk onto the actual beach. Peaceful area with 2x shops, bars and restaurants along the front. only 25mins to Alicante city.

What can we say, Kenneth your place is beautiful, well presented everything that was needed for a relaxed holiday, my only draw back was we was unable to use the communal pool for 8-9 days of our holiday, due to it being the time of year where the pool is emptied and maintenance carried out ( I wish this was advised before we booked). We was unable to get any English tv channels or use our Netflix etc. ( not a major issue ) however the villa is amazing and for the price we couldn’t have asked for more, we will defo look to stay again. Thank you for hosting us.

Our family had a truly wonderful stay at Delia's house in Cabo Roig last week. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and how well-equipped the house was. It really felt like a home away from home. The location was absolutely fantastic. We loved being within easy walking distance of the beach and the vibrant Cabo Roig strip with its many shops and restaurants. It made exploring the area with our children so convenient. The house itself was spacious and comfortable, easily accommodating our family. Delia was a fantastic host. Communication was always prompt and helpful, and she made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Any questions we had were answered quickly and efficiently. We would wholeheartedly recommend Delia's house to any family looking for a fantastic holiday in Cabo Roig. The combination of a comfortable and well-located property with a welcoming host made for a truly memorable trip. We hope to return in the future!

Zona muy tranquila, todo estaba muy limpio y el jacuzzi era espectacular. Peter estuvo pendiente siempre si teníamos alguna duda.

We spent 2 nights at Moisés' casa rural and were lucky to be the only occupants to enjoy the property. Tastefully decorated home, peaceful surroundings, great swimming pool, large enclosed and secured area for our dog to enjoy. Moisés was the perfect host and made himself available to deal with any issue. This is a place we would love to come back. Highly recommended.

From start to finish, we had a great week away. the pool was amazing, as it was heated, so completely useable for our whole stay. the villa itself was a great place to stay. overall, a great place, and a great host. thanks Jesus for being so responsive to requests and messages whilst we were there.

Super bon séjour, hôtes parfaits, communication parfaite. Nous recommandons vivement la maison est très bien équipée. Par contre il faut une voiture.

El apartamento es precioso, igual que en la foto, muy bien ubicado en el centro de alicante, aún estando en una zona muy turística la calle es muy tranquila. Volveré si vuelvo a Alicante!

First, Juana is so helpful and kind. Second, the apartment might be a bit of a walk from the main part of town, but if you like me that loves beach access, stunning views and a calm area, this is the place. Loved me stay and plan to be back. I found the apartment really cozy with a very cool beach bungalow vibe. It's on my list to return to.

Mari Carmen es muy amable y atenta, y su alojamiento es inmejorable y precioso. Jardín con barbacoa, gran piscina privada con amplitud de césped para tomar el sol, la casa muy acogedora y amplia. En definitiva uno de los mejores alojamientos en los que he estado. Sin duda volveré!

Eva is an Angel. So so grateful for her help at a late hour and last minute. We were moving from a property that had an ant infestation and we were getting quite upset that we couldn’t find any place to go. Eva messaged back within around half an hour tops. Within two hours we had left the villa we were in and arrived at Eva’s place. The cleaning staff were there which we were so grateful for at a late hour. They were happy and friendly. The property is well kept. Gorgeous cactus in the gardens. Plunge pool is warm. Lovely sure neighbourhood and a little bus that goes by every hour! Thank you so much.

What a fantastic apartment, the views are beautiful and it’s ideally situated very close to the tram station so easy to get around. Rosa was both easy to speak to and informative on what was around for us. We had an amazing time and will certainly recommend and rebook to return in the future. The purpose of the trip was for my brother in Germany and me in America to meet half way, to celebrate our 50th birthday together. We stayed for 14 days. I was accompanied by hubby, daughter, and family friend. We rented a car at Alicante airport, and we arrived at AIRBNB within 30 minutes. Thanks to prior excellent instructions of our host Marie, we had great directions and it was a pleasure to stay at this amazing AIRBNB. The view was fabulous over the Mediterranean Sea. We enjoyed the quiet setting and felt safe in the neighborhood. Weather was beautiful in December. We enjoyed home cooking in fully equipped kitchen, closed out our days with evening walks and sitting on front porch. We recommend sightseeing of castle in Guadalest, waterfalls in Algar, lookout deck in Benidorm, all of Alicante, canelobre caves in Busot. Trip to Alhambra in Granada. Beaches and restaurants in El Campello. We're thanking Marie for excellent communication and wish her all the best in the future.

Das Haus ist sehr schön. Wir waren mit unseren drei kleinen Kindern da und es hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen. Uns haben vor allem der große Außenbereich und der große Pool gefallen. Die Lage ist auch sehr günstig. Man kann zu Fuß zu mehreren Supermärkten und Restaurants gehen und ist mit dem Auto schnell in Alicante, Santa Pola und Elche.

Stayed at this beautiful Villa for a week at the beginning of April 25. Great cul de sac location with little noise and not over looked by any of the neighbouring properties. Beautifully warm pool, great size outdoor areas and also beautiful inside. Great communications with Viviane the owner, I would highly recommend a stay here. We will be back in the near future for sure.

This is a fantastic property in an excellent location. The house was furnished to a very high standard, very clean and it is very close to many bars, shops and restaurants but the community itself is very quiet and secure. Veronika was a great host, very helpful and responsive to any queries we had. I’d highly recommend staying here.

In een woord GEWELDIG! Wij hebben deze accommodatie voor een maand geboekt en zouden graag langer willen blijven. Helaas moeten wij voor werkzaamheden terug naar Nederland anders zouden wij hier nooit meer weg willen. Het huis was super schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Mijn 2 jarige dochtertje heeft de tijd van haar leven gehad want er is overal aan gedacht. Van speelgoed tot aan bordjes en bekertjes etc. De behulpzaamheid van Caroline verdiend een dikke 10!! Mijn ouders konden helaas niet zelf naar de supermarkt ivm hun leeftijd, boodschappen meenemen was voor Caroline geen enkel probleem. Ook hadden mijn ouders geen verstand van de verschillende afstandsbedieningen en ook hier kwam Caroline voor langs om ze dit persoonlijk uit te leggen. Dit is een accomodatie die wij veel vaker zullen boeken omdat je hier een zorgeloze vakantie hebt. Hou er wel rekening mee dat er geen supermarkt op loopafstand is en dat een auto hebben wel echt een must is op deze locatie. Nogmaals een 10!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl und privat gefühlt. Wunderbarer Garten und Pool. Ein Auto sollte man dabei haben zB für den Einkauf und die Sehenswürdigkeiten. Am Abend wäre mehr Licht ganz schön. Aber sonst alles perfekt! Martina ist zudem unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Wir würden das Haus noch einmal buchen💫
