Very beautiful place. Very clean. Spacious. Everything you could possibly need. Exactly as described. Host was easy to contact and quick to answer. Will definitely use again and recommend to friends! 5 stars definitely!!!!

Our stay here was easy, which is always nice on vacation. The last thing we wanted was complication. The location is great. The space is sufficient. It is a basement-level apartment that collects a lot of humidity so a note about the dehumidifiers would have been helpful but ultimately this isn’t a deal breaker. It was comfortable. An AC in every room was a must on hot days and appreciated. There were small additions that were appreciated, like ice cube trays and a brita, and some snacks. The laundry room is no longer coin operated but the app is easy enough to use. That was handy. Included beach badges are nice and parking was honestly fine. Found a free spot for four days two blocks away. Would stay here again, though I’d look to split the cost with more adults. The expense of an Airbnb, considering the limited amenities compared to a hotel, always catches me off guard. But it was enjoyed.

Needed a relaxing vacation and Harman’s place certainly fit that bill. Close enough to the boardwalk to walk, including rides, beaches and restaurants but far enough away that if you wanted peace and quiet it was there. Would definitely stay again, it was one of our favorite getaway’s.

Location location location! Quick walk to the boardwalk and beach, and just around the corner from Cheesesteak Louie’s and Klee’s Bar and Grill, both highly recommended! Also just a few steps from Ryan’s Deli where we got some good bagels on our last morning. I’ll admit I was a little apprehensive at first, as it’s not much to look at from the outside. Directly across the street, there’s a large vacant home adjacent to a large, weed filled vacant lot, but that meant it was a little more quiet I guess? The renters/tenants of the other units were friendly enough, even invited my dad for a late night Scotch on the patio. The unit is nicely decorated with a lot of cute beach themed bric-a-brac. Kitchen had what we needed to make breakfast, even if the pots and pans were a little worse for wear. I slept on the bottom bunk and had no complaints or issues sleeping. My parents had the Queen and they seem satisfied. All in all Jessica’s place was a great value for what we paid.

Very responsive & delightful hosts! The condo was very clean & enjoyed the beachy/modern touches. The welcome water bottles & K-cup pods were the cherry on top! Made us feel right at home. Perfect for our family of 4. The sofa is very comfortable which is a serious plus! Only two blocks from the beach, had no complaints from the kiddos! (that's the most important part lol) We were so sad to leave, can't wait to stay again soon :)

Location, location, location! This place is perfect if you're looking for a week on the beach and the boardwalk. We loved the proximity to the boardwalk, waterpark, beaches, restaurants, etc. It was perfect for our family vacation with preteens. Paul is extremely responsive and friendly. The place was clean and functional. We're a family of 5 with 3 preteens. We had one that camped out on the couch and two in the bunkbed while we took the queen. It worked out well for us. I will say that it is louder at night than some of the other areas of Seaside heights that we've stayed in before. It's right next to the boardwalk and the waterpark though, so it's to be expected. We brought sound machines along and they worked well to drown out any noise. All and all, this was a great place and the perfect beach house for a vacation in seaside heights!

We had a great time at the house! Everything was as listed. AJ was responsive and reached out with clear instructions on check in and house tips. The location was amazing, so close to the beach, and the neighbors in the rest of the house were very friendly. We loved chilling on the porch, and the quietness of Ocean Grove with the proximity of the more busy town of Asbury only about 3/4 of a mile away is perfect! Thanks again and we wil surely be looking to book again in the future!

Amazing and GREAT location! 1 block from the boardwalk, beach, restaurants and bars. Nice balcony overlooking a somewhat busy street (Memorial Day weekend). A little noisy (upstairs residents and street) but not bad. The condo had great amenities (towels, sheets, full kitchen, central AC and heat). The unit had beach supplies and a BBQ grill, but we didn’t use those. The building also had a nice pool, but it was too cool to use.

The pictures of the apartment are accurate. We stayed there seven nights and did not have any problems. It is just off Emmons Avenue. The Holocaust Memorial Park is across the street. The subway station for the Q and B are a couple of blocks away. One can see the Tower of St.Mark's Catholic Church from the living room window. Will definitely stay again.

What a pleasure to have found this place! I travel to the area for business and the last few places I stayed were mediocre at best. Dave is a wonderful host, very helpful and responsive, and the condo is exactly as described and pictured! I will definitely book this for my future visits. Thank you, Dave, for making it EASY and your place was as comfy as home.

Our family and our lab Ryder had a wonderful time this week 8/3/24-8/10/24. The condo is perfect. A short walk to the beach, very clean and comfortable. Lots of amenities and special touches like the dog mat when we first walked in. Looked exactly like the pics! Neighbors were friendly and our dog was able to make new friends with other dogs in the neighborhood during his daily walks. Centrally located to shopping and the boardwalk. Host Maria was extremely responsive to any questions we had and made us feel at home. Thanks for letting us stay!

Beautiful Airbnb and gracious host my only con was the shower size but the super comfortable bed made up for that :). Would recommend and even rebook in the future

You will just love it here! The grounds are well-kept and attractive. The pool and beach were lovely. The only issue with pool area is as soon as it opens, individuals take ownership of the tables with umbrellas by placing personal items on them yet no one may be there for extended periods of time. Those tables are the only respite from the sun which makes it challenging. Additional umbrellas over the lounge chairs would help or, simply not allowing “reservations” for the day- even better. I would suggest BYO beach chairs- the ones there are not ideal although nice to have been offered. Although we always had our beach/pool badges in our beach bags, personnel were not strict whatsoever. The unit itself is neat, well-appointed, comfortable and well-kept. The sofa reclines with the push of a button but is not a sofa bed per se. There is a foldaway bed in the closet of the master bedroom but we did not use it because space was limited. So much is provided and available and the view is spectacular. It was great to use the washer/dryer for small bits of laundry. The porch outside had two anti-gravity chairs and a pretty rocking chair with small tables to enjoy. We closed the black-out drapes in the master bedroom and deck doors during the heat of the day so that it remained cooler. The rules are simple and the check-in & out are easy. Lasolas Market in Rt. 35 North in Normandy Beach was close by and a great little find - bought a beautiful sirloin at butcher shop there and used huge onsite grill behind pool area. We rented jet skis and did some crabbing at Dockside Outfitters in Seaside Heights - great place. The Rt. 35 North offered many eateries, shops and ice cream shops- The Music Man for ice cream was cute. Point Pleasant and Seaside Heights boardwalks are short rides. Glenn was easily reached via airbnb and answered our few correspondences promptly. We appreciated our experience and Glenn’s hospitality. Thank you!

The condo is very cozy, quiet and well stocked. The location is convenient. The hosts were super welcoming, friendly and easy to communicate with.

We had a great time staying here. The space was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 kids. The bedrooms were spacious and both bathrooms with tub and shower options were fantastic. The house was clean and had the basic necessities you needed. The location was so convenient. We were only a couple of blocks away from the boardwalk and beach. Around the corner is a convenience store and a few blocks down is a breakfast place. We didn’t get to use the pool during our short stay because we mostly hung out at the beach but it looked nice and clean! Also parking space for two cars was really helpful so we didn’t have to worry about street parking. Kishore is very nice. He reached out to us before checking in to let us know the weather condition and that we can check in early. He is very responsive whenever I had a question. We’d highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful and clean condo. It has a nice patio and the interior is lovely. Good communication with owner, and they were very flexible with some date requests we had. Highly recommend. (Just an FYI: bedding sheets need to be brought with you.)

Freda's apartment is on the main floor - no steps and it's the most quaint and quiet one. We enjoyed the space and even outdoor patio overlooking willow trees, watching squirrels and birds while having our coffee, breakfast, and dinner outdoors. The home is so clean and decluttered, well curated and thoughtful. Freda has helpful notes to make sure everything is easy to use. Showers are perfect with good pressure. There is a yoga mat that was useful. The community is quiet and there are plenty of walk paths so you can go out for a stroll or a run. North Brunswick is a great community with lots of restaurants, shopping areas. 15min drive to New Brunswick NJ Transit station. I highly recommend Freda's home! We will be back to rebook here whenever we are in NJ.

Leidy was a wonderful host. Available within minutes of ringing her phone. The apartment was clean, cozy and confortable. Everything needed for a fun walk to the beach vacation. The heated pool was great for a dip at the end of the day . The kitchen was well stocked with necessities...pots, pans, spices, oil and vinegar (if you wanted to cook). It was is quiet in the evening away from the boardwalk yet close enough to go there if you want the razzle/dazzle of Seaside Heights attractions. We would stay again for sure if our travels bring us back to NJ.

We had a great weekend. The space met our family’s needs and its close proximity to the beach was convenient. It was also helpful to be able to use the bikes, beach chairs and umbrella, and beach tags. The host kept in contact and answered any questions I had. What a fun getaway!

The location was excellent. We brought 4 children with us and the pool was a big hit. They have 2 pools there and plenty of outdoor space with lots of tables, grills, and outdoor games. The staff are lovely and accommodating. The only thing I would add is a place to hang wet bathing suits or towels, maybe something in bathroom or hooks on bedroom doors. We rented the 4 bedroom unit that had 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms and 2 bathrooms. There is so much to do in Seaside Heights for kids. We will stay here again next time we are in Seaside Heights.
