This 2 bed/1 bath unit is perfectly located, just a 5 minute walk to the beach and to downtown Belmar (w/ access to New Jersey Transit)! The unit is on the second floor and has its own private entrance. It's located in a quiet residential neighborhood and one block away is a great playground and Silver Lake with a beautiful walking path. All linens, beach towels, AND BEACH PASSES are provided. There are window air conditioners in each room and a full kitchen.

The studio is the entire English basement of my home overlooking the bay, with radiant heated floors, located one mile from the ocean beaches. As experienced Airbnb hosts in Belmar, we enjoyed remodeling this home to keep the spirit of an old Jersey Shore beach house while also adding all of the modern amenities that everyone loves to see in a vacation rental.
