It offers a lounge with reverse cycle split system, kitchen/meals area with electric cooking, bathroom with shower & toilet as well as laundry. The home is fenced & offers an outdoor shower, dining setting with BBQ & a secure yard with a gate, safe for kids or pets to play. With plenty of space for car parking, this little cottage is perfect for your relaxing getaway

"The Lake House"...a place of relaxation

The Lake House" is on Blue Waters Lake. The unit is on the bottom level of the house with fabulous views and direct access to the lake and walking track. Infants and children are not offered accommodation due to the proximity to the lake. It consists of a modern, spacious living room with kitchenette, bedroom and ensuite. There is a beautiful garden with an outlook over the lake and an alfresco with a BBQ for guests to use. Kerrie lives upstairs. Sorry, no early check ins.☺️

PLEASE NOTE: our apartment is NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 12 YEARS OF AGE or anyone with mobility issues because it is accessed by a relatively steep internal staircase.

New architectural outdoor pavilion provides extra outdoor living and dining space.

Very quiet neighbourhood. 3 Mins by car & 20 min walk to the Main Street, beach, river & shops.. Toaster bar fridge and coffee tea making facilities. Bbq. NOTE we are not directly in town so to avoid disappointment Please don’t book here if you wish to be close to Main Street .
