My nice apartment is situated in the city center of Basel/Switzerland. The shopping district, the railway station, museums, restaurants, public transportation and the cathedral are within easy walking distance. My apartment is in a very calm side road. In the backyard there are birds and squirrels. The total size of the flat is 65m2. It is divided into a living room which includes the kitchen, the bedroom and a bathroom. In the bathroom there is a combined bath tub and shower. The kitchen is new and has facilities to prepare breakfasts. There will be enough towels, shower gel, and tea for the entire duration of your stay.

Die Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Geschäftsreisende und Familien geeignet. Achtung: ab 31.03.2025 wird die Strasse vor dem Haus umgebaut und das Tram wird umgeleitet. Zugang zu Fuss zur Wohnung ist gewährleistet. Mit dem Auto nur noch über eine Querstrasse zugänglich. Die Bauzeit ist in 3 Etappen bis Ende 2026 geplant.

Ich wollte eine Insel schaffen, in der alles schön, ruhig und harmonisch ist, und ich glaube, das ist mir gelungen. Zudem bekommst du von mir kostenlos die Basel Card, mit der du während deines gesamten Aufenthalts die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel gratis benutzen kannst.
