White River Health hospital is just across the street should you need that convenience for work or visiting. Within a 1-1.5 mile radius of the home you can visit everything Batesville has to offer- shopping, eateries, movie theater, library, Lyon College & historic downtown. Parking for 5.

This cozy cottage is centrally located for convenient access to all the amenities Batesville has to offer- shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, library, Lyon College, and historic downtown. The house is approximately 1,000 sq ft with a newly remodeled kitchen, laundry, and bathrooms. It also a new deck and patio off the laundry room with an eating area and fire pit. Unique Terrace Studio Apartment on Batesville's Historic Main Street. The building has been in my family since it was built in the 40s and I love being able to share the apartment with my guests. It has been gutted to the studs and has new furniture and appliances. Urban/industrial feel. Can access from Main Street (must walk down flight of stairs) or can park in back on ground level (one step).

We are located 11.7 miles from Batesville and the beautiful White river! Just minutes from the Batesville Motor Speedway and just a short Drive to Heber springs and Mountain View.
