Also a short drive to White Water Rafting & Hatfield Mcoy Trails 2 parking spaces 2 full size couches 2 bunk beds & king available . WiFi & SmartTV. All linens & cookware provided, including coffee pot, coffee for your use and a few quick breakfast items. Back yard has a private sitting area with fire pit and small grill. Fire logs provided.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Our place is on a little dirt road with a beautiful view of the sun rising over the mountains and horses grazing in the field. Off the main road approximately 1/10 of a mile with no traffic in front of the house. Beautiful backyard with a fire pit and grill, also corn hole for outdoor fun. No nosy neighbors, but the sound of children playing nearby. Just minutes away from rafting, mountain climbing and new river gorge

Out in the country but close to everything. 2 miles off of I-77, 1 1/2 miles off of US 19. 20 minutes or less to NRG, Summit Bechtel Reserve & Burning Rock. 3 miles to Prosperity dirt track. Rafting, kayaking, hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing & rapelling are all near by. Skiing and tubing at Winterplace is 25 minutes via I 77 S. Plenty of parking for vehicles & trailers. Finally, the hot water is provided via a tankless hot water heater, which has been known to cause water temperature variability.
