This house could accommodate one large or 2 small families. Three full bedrooms. I have a double air mattress and a queen air mattress. Also there is a toddler bed and a pack 'n play. Bucks County - 20 minutes from Philadelphia and 20 minutes from Sesame Place! I would like no more than 4 adults and no more than 3 children. I do not rent to teenagers or anyone who wants to have a party. I do not rent out my backyard.
