My family (husband, two kids ages 4 and 6 and our dog) and I greatly enjoyed our three night stay at Alex’s beautiful home. The photos were extremely accurate and we loved the eclectic and creative decorations. There were so many interesting pieces of art and trinkets to look at. The two bedrooms were spacious and had extremely comfortable beds. Everything was spotless and obviously well kept. The kitchen had every appliance we needed to be able to have all of our meals at the house if we wanted. The area was peaceful and in close proximity to the historical lower town of Harper’s Ferry. Even closer was the Bolivar Bread Bakery - a MUST visit. They had the best bread and baked goods I’ve ever tasted. We went every morning and even stocked up on our way home. Overall, I would recommend Alex’s home for a comfortable getaway to West Virginia.

SUCH a cute place! Super clean inside and out! The hot tub was perfect and ready to go when I got there. It's also an easy commute to Winchester and farmers markets. Perfect for a girls night or a couples get away.

Perfect place to stay when visiting Harper's Ferry. This old quirky home has everything you need from comfortable beds to a working fireplace to the most perfect view. Besides being able to walk out your door and be in the heart of the town you have a porch that overlooks the town and the confluence of the Shenandoah and Potomac rivers. When we weren't hiking or enjoying a stroll about town, we were on the porch relaxing. It is the perfect place to both start your day and end the day. I can't say enough about the view, you really need to stay here and see it for yourself. Dean was an awesome host, very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

This property is unique in its natural setting. Quiet and peaceful. A large home with great history. Up the street from the main strip in Shepherdstown yet private and serene. We had a family gathering for Shepherd University Graduation and the home definitely fit the bill. Spacious inside and outside. Host was always responsive and helpful.

We used to stay in a place not too far from here in PA. It slowly lost its charm, so we ventured out. So glad we did! Excellent hosts! The details they paid attention to did not go unnoticed. A wonderful welcome basket, immaculate home, and plenty of extras. We will be back!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house and property are well maintained and everything functioned the way they should. The property offered a relaxing environment, which is what were looking for. Cynthia's place is dog friendly, which made our stay even better. Downtown is only a 10 minute ride. All in all, we had a great time and would recommend Cynthia's place to anyone who is seeking a quiet getaway in well kept home.

This was our second stay in Shepherdstown and I believe it was our second stay at one of Zeb’s properties. This Airbnb was absolutely perfect for our 2 night stay. The location is great being right around the corner from German street. Everything was easily within walking distance. The Airbnb itself was spacious and extremely comfortable with everything we could have needed. I can highly recommend staying here and we will probably be booking with Zeb for any future stays in Shepherdstown.

My husband and I were very pleased with our lodging. The photos and description were accurate. The rooms were very clean and even though it was still cold out, the heating inside was perfect. We loved how quiet the area was. Out side at night you could hear the proverbial "pin drop". We were within walking distance to all attractions. I would absolutely stay at this location again.

There is literally no better location! Stepping off the train and walking not even two minutes to our stay greatly improved our experience. Restaurants, shops, and trailheads all within easy walking distance. The apartment is as advertised. It’s very clean, with plenty of space, and the kitchen supplies were more than adequate. Bed is comfortable with extra blankets and pillows if needed. The hosts are fantastic, and always respond quickly. It’s an old house, well-maintained, but is not entirely sound proof. We would gladly stay again!

Our family had a very enjoyable stay at Ralph and Vera’s home. The home was spotless, comfortable, and the setting was so quiet and peaceful. Our children enjoyed playing on the playground area outside our space and there was also a beautiful gazebo on the property that could be used as well. The home was well stocked with any items you might need during your stay. I could not have asked for a better place to stay while stopping through on our way back home. Thanks to Ralph and Vera for a wonderful stay!

Peaceful and well appointed, this is the perfect spot to get away! Close to Bear Chase and tons of wineries...there's so much to do nearby. Beautiful views, super clean and comfortable. And the host was amazing! Can't wait to return!

Everything was perfect! The instructions were clear and Jason was very responsive. The location is perfect and in walking distance from many local restaurants and parks!

Perfect apartment. Close to everything and Michele was the perfect hostess. I needed a place near my school where I teach while my house was undergoing renovations and Michele provided a safe, comfortable abode. Thank you Michele.

We had a wonderful time in this Airbnb above Abolitionist Ale Works. It’s spacious, bright, clean and charming. It has a lovely kitchen and deck and large bedrooms. It was very clean and directions were very clear. The brewery below is great with beer and many kinds of pizzas. Not far from Harper’s Ferry we enjoyed our touring and ending each night with great food and beer and lovely apartment. Can’t wait to go back! My husband thought it was the coolest Airbnb we have been to so far!

We found the space on Race to be just what we needed for the motivation to get up and go to our daily bluegrass festival at the fairgrounds. If you needed something last minute, the Dollar Tree was a quick walk down the hill. The kitchen was perfect for morning coffee and eating routines. The couches were comfortable and the WiFi worked fine. All in all, this was a good location to suit our needs.

I think this is the best slope side ski condo at Whitetail. The slopes are right outside the door and the place is cute, clean, and comfortable. We will be going back!

Staying here was amazing! We travel a lot and this is by far the best AirBnB we’ve stayed in yet. The place is cozy, decorated beautifully. The view from the deck is lovely. I just can’t say enough how happy I was that this is where we stayed. Valerie was extremely kind and thoughtful. She checked in on us through the messaging here on the first day, but gave us our space as well. Whenever I had a question or needed something she responded quickly and kindly. If you’re on the fence about booking this spot, I really recommend you do it. It was sweet and relaxing and just such a great place. Everything is 5-10 minutes away too. A bunch of great restaurants, Martins for groceries. Just an ideal location

Taylor provides a great spot for the region. Close to Harper's Ferry with all its hiking & Antietam for the history buffs, this provided the perfect respite for our small family. We really appreciated Taylor providing high quality cookware and dishes. Many times hosts cheap out on that stuff but Taylor had great stuff - even a pod and drip coffee combo! Private and roomy, we found everything to be as advertised and then some. Taylor was always quick to respond to our queries and provided good advice on local attractions. We enjoyed our time there and highly recommend her place if one is in the area.

Perfect location to walk to the slopes! Had everything we needed.

We enjoyed our stay at The Franklin. The place was fresh, clean and had both handicapped & regular parking right outside our door. There are restaurants and a brewery within walking distance as well as The Maryland Theatre. We felt at home and will revisit in the future. Kudos to the owner!
