We had a wonderful time! The location is so convenient and very walkable! The space was beautiful with great little touches and amenities. Better than the pictures! Jeff and Sam were very responsive and present with their store being below but we still felt like we had a lot of privacy. The bar across the street got pretty rowdy at night and fire station is close with a very loud siren but if you are sound sensitive, the owners provided ear plugs and a sound machine! My husband and I were not bothered by it at all. Overall, highly recommend!!!

This was my first time booking at an Airbnb and I had a great first experience. My host was always responsive. Place was clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable place to sleep while visiting my hometown. It was peaceful and a great location. Thank you so much for letting me enjoy this hidden jewel.

My husband, 2 teens and i just returned from a stay at the home. We had a great time just hanging out, hiking and enjoying the fire pit. The home was very clean, stocked well, private and beautifully decorated. Thought i would share a tip since grocery stores are pretty far away….instacart delivers to the home! It was nice to check in, put groceries away and be set for the trip!

Lesley is a great host who gave us clear instructions for getting in and parking which was very helpful. The area is really neat. This is a fun, convenient, and clean stay to experience Martinsburg and the surrounding areas. She even gladly helped us re-book when we last minute decided to stay longer to check out Harper’s Ferry! With all the help and local recommendations we would absolutely recommend.

The space was very nice and full of light but also private. Very clean. Vi and her husband were great hosts and very responsive and friendly.

(For younger people that care), beware that they live upstairs from where you will be staying!!! We (kinda of) loudly played music in the living room, were able to walk 50 feet to the gazebo (located in the yard) to smoke, and laughed loudly all night. We were worried we’d have to be super quiet and they would be strict but, the owners had no complaints which we were very greatful for, didn’t interrupt us, got our money’s worth and had a great night!

Cozy, clean, exactly what I needed! My dog and I loved this AirBnB. The bed was the best I've slept in, the cleanest AirBnB I've stayed at, and the location was amazing. Very walkable, beautiful scenery. Super quiet town. The hosts checked in just enough without being over-bearing and included all details efficiently. I definitely recommend staying here if you want a cute, cozy, comfortable vacation!

Kathryn’s place was ideal spot for our quick weekend trip for a wedding in Bluemont. She is so friendly and responsive if you need it. Few different animals on property, her German shepherds were beautiful. Kathryn’s attention to detail was unlike any other Airbnb I’ve been in. Very clean with so many special details like fresh farm eggs, plenty of coffee, bathroom essentials, fresh tulips and lilac, I could go on and on. Her property and the surrounding area is so beautiful and peaceful. I would definitely recommend her place for anyone looking for a spot in the area.

Clean, lovely historic home in Cumberland. Easy to find and access. House was equipped with everything we needed. Quiet street and neighbors. Melanie was quick to respond and was kind enough to let us check in early (though did not need to as the rain held off on the trail!). We enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend. Hope to stay again!

We have zero complaints about our stay in Harper's ferry! It was conveniently located and spotless! Great value! Great communication by the host!

SUCH a cute place! Super clean inside and out! The hot tub was perfect and ready to go when I got there. It's also an easy commute to Winchester and farmers markets. Perfect for a girls night or a couples get away.

Charming & comfortable place to stay with plenty of space to relax. Convenient to downtown and groceries. Felt like being welcomed into a relative’s home, and would definitely stay here again.

We walked into the house a knew this was going to be the perfect place for our girls night. Super clean and there is candy everywhere! She has food and drinks in the fridge and cabinet. Not many people dot hat for you and it's amazing! We loved every moment and will definitely be staying again in the future for girls night!

Our son got married at the Still Meadow wedding venue right across the road. With four bedrooms, plus an extra bed downstairs, we were able to accommodate 8 members of our family, so our stay also became a family reunion of sorts. Perfect! Spacious eat-in kitchen and great set up in living room made it easy to enjoy some games and catch up! Beautiful big deck looking out over the countryside! Three bathrooms, hairdryers and mirrors made wedding prep easy. Really appreciate dog friendly house. So did our dog! Lots of extra blankets for beds in case we were chilly. Would definitely return to this gorgeous area and highly recommend Jill’s house!!

It was a wonderful stay the kids loved looking at the water and playing outside.

A really charming house with beautiful decor inside: we loved the traditional yet also cool vibe, and appreciated the elegant bathroom and kitchen, and enjoyed using the projector to watch a movie on a rainy night. Walkable in 20min to Harpers along the canal trail (look for the little path through the trees on the left as you approach the road bridge). A perfect retreat!

This apartment is full of charm, nestled in a beautiful historic home with so much character. As expected with an older house, some aspects show their age, but everything is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. If you love unique stays with personality rather than something ultra-modern, this is a fantastic choice. The decor was relaxing and the space has everything you need for a long or short stay. Historic Washington Street is quiet and beautiful, showcasing history and walkable to most downtown Cumberland locations. It was a comfortable space for a week and well worth the price. Love was proactive and made several recommendations for local attractions, and even brought up muffins for my final morning before checking out. For light sleepers, there are trains that run through Cumberland a few times a day, but they are easily drowned out by white noise or ear plugs. I would absolutely recommend Love's place, especially if you appreciate architecture and historic homes!

I almost don't want to write a positive review because I'd like this condo to be available only to me. It was perfect! The place is comfortable and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Easy ski in/out access, and perfect for a family that has some that stay on the slopes a little longer than others. We just hope this place will be available again when we visit next.

Taylor provides a great spot for the region. Close to Harper's Ferry with all its hiking & Antietam for the history buffs, this provided the perfect respite for our small family. We really appreciated Taylor providing high quality cookware and dishes. Many times hosts cheap out on that stuff but Taylor had great stuff - even a pod and drip coffee combo! Private and roomy, we found everything to be as advertised and then some. Taylor was always quick to respond to our queries and provided good advice on local attractions. We enjoyed our time there and highly recommend her place if one is in the area.

Very nice spot right off the mountain. Pretty short walk from the top of the green hills. Great if you have your equipment already! Living space was big enough to relax after the slopes. Comfortable bed and big tv.

This AirBnb hosted by Julie was perfect! The space was just what we needed as a little home base as we explored Harper’s Ferry and the surrounding area. Julie provided great recommendations in terms of places to eat. Would love to go back!

Alison's place is great if you value being walkable to Old Town. We prefer this over staying at the Wyndham Grand because of the separate room for our baby to sleep in. The kitchen is modern and fridge with a water filter is clutch. We didn't try to make any meals. Bed was clean/firm, HVAC was responsive, and lounge chair in the sitting area was comfortable. You can hear the train and street noise (especially cars w/o mufflers) at night, but I assume that's the case if you stay anywhere near Old Town.
