Erlebe die Schweiz im viktorianischen Zeitalter! Deine Wohnung wurde ursprünglich im Winter 1864/65 für den Uhrmacher Zurbrügg in Aeschi am Thunersee erbaut. Das Dachgeschoss des klassizistischen Holzbaus haben wir für unsere Gäste eingerichtet: ein grosses Wohnzimmer mit Küche, ein Bad und wahlweise 1, 2 oder 3 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten. Einige Möbel stammen aus der Bauzeit, andere Schreinerarbeiten sind historisch informiert erfunden und neu gebaut...so z.B. die blaue Haustüre..

Das Chalet Bärenegg ist wunderbar in die Landschaft der Berner Seen- und Bergwelt eingebettet. Drinnen ist es klein mit wenig Stauraum, dafür hat es draussen hübsche Nischen zum verweilen: zwei Sitzplätze mit BBQ, Aussensauna und für die Kleinsten Wiese, Sandkasten und Rutschbahn. Hier spürt man die Stille und Kraft der Natur vor dem mächtigen Niesen und mit dem atemberaubenden Seeblick.
