Dune Villa is located on the west end of 30-A. Our stand alone guest house has a private entrance with guest parking, full kitchen, laundry, queen size bed, bathroom and outdoor shower. Beach chairs/umbrella, beach towels, cooler, and two bicycles are provided. Just around the corner from Stinky’s Fish Camp, Santa Rosa Golf Club, Topsail State Park, Coastal Dune Lakes and Gulf Place Town Center. The perfect vacation rental for quick trips to the beach, business trips, or an extended vacation.

Beautiful carriage house on 30A. Gated beach access- Beautiful bike paths- We are located in a private gated community- While staying in the carriage house you have access to your own backyard that is fenced. Enjoy the community pools - one is heated during the school breaks. We want you to feel at home during your stay with us- If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask. Pet fee of 200 dollars per pet- We need a photo of your dog within 48 hours of booking- Beach Service for 2!

We have an EV car charger for electric cars (no extra fee) plus access to an electric golf cart (extra fee). Bedroom has a king size bed & twin bed & there are also 2 twin beds upstairs.
