Traditional 19th Century Slate Miners Cottage

A original slate miners cottage built in the late 1800's . Located in Tanygrisau , just outside of the historic Slate mining town of Blaenau Ffestiniog . It is well positioned just a short walk away from all the shops and amenities the town has to offer with the local pub also just up the road . The narrow gauge steam railway runs past the back garden and can also be seen from the rear bedroom. Close by we have Llechwedd slate caverns, zipwires and mountain biking.

My cottage is a mid terraced small miners cottage, perched high above Blaenau FFestiniog with stunning views in a quiet residential area but only a few minutes walk from the town centre. You have access straight into the mountains. It is beautifully warm in the winter and in the summer catches the sun from dawn until dusk. Zip World, Bounce Below , the LLechwedd Slate Caverns and the FFestiniog Railway are all close by.

Ty Hebog: Cosy 17th Century Barn with Log Burner

Cosy restored self-catering barn at Perthi with a log burner, retaining original 17th-century wooden beams and period character, with beautiful views across the Eryri (Snowdonia) mountains. Set just above Beddgelert on a working mountain farm in a peaceful rural setting, only a 7-minute drive from the Rhyd Ddu Snowdon path, with walks available directly from the doorstep.
