There was a bit of hammering at the neighbors going on during our stay. I’m not sure Sonia could have done anything. It’s just that all three cities we stayed, we had loud construction next door or across the street.

Es un apartamento muy pequeñito pero suficiente para una pareja. Es bonito, muy limpio y ordenado y tiene una buena comunicación con el centro tanto en autobús como en tren. Fueron muy amables con nosotros durante toda la estancia y estuvieron muy pendientes

Wir haben unsere Ferien in Porto Azzurro und in Francesco' s Wohnung sehr genossen. Da es auch ab und zu geregnet hat waren wir sehr dankbar um die grosszügige Wohnung. Es war toll, mitten in einem Quartier umgeben von Einheimischen zu leben. Da die Wohnung sehr zentral gelegen ist, konnten wir alle wichtigen Orte zu Fuss erreichen. Francesco erlebten wir als sehr zuvorkommenden, hilfsbereiten Gastgeber, der schnell auf unsere Fragen antwortete.

We absolutely loved our stay in Florence. This accommodation is such a hidden and lush space. The private garden and rooftop was out favorite and it was the perfect location

Mariangela’s apartment was lovely. Perfect location, beautifully done with everything you need. We stayed for 2.5 months and it felt like a second home to us. Closed to amazing restaurants, open markets, grocery stores and easy walk to Florence beautiful sites and this amazing cities neighborhoods. Quiet neighborhood. Mariangela and her team were always responsive and lovely to interact with. We are planning on returning next year.

We stayed here with another couple and 3 young kids. Everyone had a great time and there was enough room for all of us. Location was great for us. Not in the heart of the business but still extremely walkable to everything. Hosts were communicative. We had a great time!

David’s place was great! 5 mins within walking distance of the train station. There’s a washing machine in the unit which was so helpful because we packed light. There’s also an elevator in the apartment which was also helpful. The place is pretty quiet so we were able to get rest.

we had a great time in Florence. the air bnb was excellent location to shopping, sight seeing, and restaurants. there was enough room for 4 of us to stay comfortably. the beds were comfy and the architecture of the apartment was remarkable. the hosts left great recommendations and we hope to be back.

Was easy to find, good location, door to apartment was a bit hard to open, but overall good instructions. Very clean & overall would recommend to anyone looking for a good location within walking distance to most attractions. Bottle of wine & some nibbles were nice touches

Mauro's place was perfectly located to visit other places and cities by foot or train. Walking distance to the airport too. The hosts were great, they even let us check out a bit later because some issues we had coming back from another city. The house has everything you need to cook (no oven, but stove, microwave, etc), and even some basics like oil, salt, pepper. Great stay, would recommend.

Had the best experience with Luca and his team! They provided such attentive service and support for everything we needed before and after arrival. The penthouse is at the heart of Florence. Perfect location with spectacular view. Love the high ceilings and we had a great time there.

Viaggio molto sia per lavoro che per svago, ma raramente mi sono sentito così a casa come nei 4 giorni trascorsi da Andrea. La casa è semplicemente meravigliosa, curata in ogni dettaglio, accogliente e con un’anima. È senza dubbio una delle più belle che abbia mai visitato! Ma ciò che rende davvero speciale il soggiorno è Andrea stesso: proattivo, disponibile, attento… si percepisce chiaramente che ama ciò che fa. Un’ospitalità genuina e calorosa che lascia il segno. In ogni ambiente si respira qualità: il materasso era comodissimo (ho dormito da favola!), il bagno molto ampio con una doccia davvero spaziosa e rilassante. Anche la TV presente sia in camera da letto che in salotto è un plus non da poco, non è da tutti! Esperienza top, assolutamente consigliata.

You cannot beat this amazing location. Watching the activity on piazza Signeria. Wow! The room was so nice, the history of the building shows thru the stone and wood structure. I would stay there any day.

Franco & family were outstanding hosts. Helped us with reservations & shopping recommendations. You must visit his leather stores. We all bought gorgeous coats & bags. Apt. Was beautiful in great location. Wish we could stay longer. Do not hesitate to book this.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und ich kann diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Um sie richtig zu genießen, sollte man mit einem Auto anreisen, da sie inmitten der Natur und etwas abgelegen liegt. Das ist jedoch ein großer Vorteil, denn die umliegende Landschaft ist wunderschön und lädt zum Erkunden und Genießen ein. Sie bietet einen tollen Kontrast zu den Tagen, an denen die nahegelegenen Städte und Touristenattraktionen besucht werden.

This apartment is truly a one off ... most people venture to Florence for its history and to see famous masterpieces ... well this apartment allows you to wake up looking at a real 16th century Fresco in a building actually used by several Medici brothers for pleasure ! There are no queues, no tickets required, you just open your eyes and you are transformed back to the XVI century. Stunning ! And if that wasn't enough, Emiliano and his team are so helpful, from arranging special dinners at local restaurants, to airport pick ups etc, nothing is too much trouble, so thank you team Emiliano for making my wife's 60th Birthday one she (and I) will never forget. If you really want a one off Florence experience stay here, you will be blown away .... I could be wrong but do any of the 5* hotels have a bedroom with a Fresco ceiling? I think not ?? Also turns out Emiliano has other properties you can visit in Tuscany and I'm sure we will visit those in the near future. Book now

Our week stay at Domus Nannini was wonderful. Gianluca was responsive and helpful from the outset. If you have a car, one of the biggest advantages is the arrangement with Car Valet Leonardo. When you arrive, you drive directly to Valet Leonardo which is just a couple minutes from the property. Someone drives you to meet Gianluca (who shows you the property) and then takes your car back to the parking garage. Whenever you need your car, you call and they bring it to you within 15 minutes to a meeting point which is just a few steps from the properry. This was very convient for us as we made several day trips in the car and parking otherwise would have been very difficult. The property itself is immaculate/new and exactly as shown in the photos. The location is ideal as all the historic sites are mintues away as are all conveniences. Gianluca provides many useful recommendations for making the most of your stay. We recommend this property without reservation. 10/10. Thank you!

Pictures do not do this place justice! A MUST stay if going to Florence. The perfect location right in the heart of Florence. We were able to walk anywhere we needed with ease. About 12 min walk from train station and close to all the great restaurants! Gisela was also an excellent host! Would recommend to anyone!!

The place was gorgeous and located walking distance to the center of town. Beautiful views of the city and surrounding area. Very comfortable. Next time we find ourselves in Italy we will definitely stay at Federico’s place. I highly recommend his 4th floor penthouse to anyone visiting Siena.

Très bel appartement, parfaitement équipé. Nous avons apprécié la présence du lit bébé et de la chaise haute. Leonardo et Mattia ont été très réactifs et arrangeants. Très bonne literie ! L’appartement est situé à proximité des bus et trams mais un peu loin du centre si l’on souhaite tout faire à pied.
