There are 2 single kayaks, and firepit.. The gourmet kitchen is well equipped with whatever you need. In season, there is an herb garden for guest use. The home is set in a quiet neighborhood that allows privacy. There is extra sleeping space with a queen size air mattress and 2 sofas (not sofa beds)..

Bracey Historic Train Depot

Want to step back in time to the late 1800s? A stay at the historic Bracey Train Depot offers exactly that—plus modern comfort. The Depot is one of the few surviving historic buildings on Bracey Drive, alongside the old post office across the street, the general store next door, and other local landmarks. This stretch of Bracey Drive feels quietly tucked away, just around the “cut,” yet it’s conveniently located less than half a mile from I-85.

The Hawk's Nest (Pets welcome, no fee)

This house is surrounded by growth. High trees provide shade while grilling out and the wooded lot gives a feeling of being somewhere much more remote. There are exactly seventy stairs to the water. The dock provides a great place to relax and eat and drink. The water off the dock is 7ft deep, so jump right in. It is possible to tie a boat up to the outside of the dock so feel free to bring your own or rent one from the nearby Marina.

This ultra-private Lake Gaston gem surrounded by trees, is just a two-minute drive to our private boat ramp/dock, and only a five-minute drive away is the historic Rosemont Winery! Enjoy the sights and sounds of nature on our screened-in porch, and TVs (plus firesticks) in the living room and two of the three bedrooms.
