I was mind blown to find a place in this area. It is a great central location for us to visit family in the surrounding towns. The house was extremely clean and well kept as well. The Johnsville Country Store just up the road has amazing food. Quite, country home that we will definitely stay at again

Nicely remodeled home, across the street from the hospital. Worried it would be noisy but it wasn’t . Space was large and beds/ sofas comfy. Perfect distance to the Sterlington baseball complex.

This has been the most thoroughly enjoyable rental we have ever stayed in! If you have no reason whatsoever to go to Haynesville, go anyway! Book this house and soak up all the wholesome farmhouse charm your soul needs! It has big windows to take in all the wholesome heartwarming scenery, and stunning second floor views. The dogs are the most well-mannered greeters. They don't bark when you pull up, they greet you with wagging tails and will happily accept head scratches if offered but they don't impose. Every inch of this property is so therapeutic and good for the soul! Mr. Glenn, our host, was extremely attentive, welcoming and hospitable! Just the best experience! This place gets all the stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place is beautiful! Enough room to not feel on top of anyone. Bedrooms spacious and bathrooms good room. See was very responsive and answered very quickly. Would definitely stay here again if I was coming back

Alana’s place was definitely peaceful and tranquil. Everything was as described, pool was a bit dirty with leaves but it is surrounded by tall trees so it’s to be expected. They were thoughtful enough to leave tools to clean it yourself which is great, I had no issues. My family thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay, our kids ran and played on the playground provided. They swam and enjoyed the outdoor games provided, along with the toys inside. I would highly recommend Alana’s place for a small family. The loft was unused since it was too steep of a climb for our younger children. Alana, thank you so much for your hospitality and communication!

Great place to host family weekend for a student at UAM

I was expecting a small tiny home, but this was a full service one bedroom home, with washer/dryer. Complete kitchen with all amenities. Large bathroom with walk in shower, also had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. Clean and welcoming home. Outside was divine. Nice deck to enjoy up at the house, and down to the bayou. We sat outside from the time we decked in until dark. Even caught a little bream. A little noisy being so close to the highway, but we settled in nicely and had a good nights sleep. Very safe location. A perfect place short term or for a few days. Sarah was so nice, helpful and a polite host. We hope to return again…and again!
