Sunny, beach and parkside apartment

You will have the privacy of the apartment without me being there, although it is my home and I normally live there. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES. Spacious bedroom with great park and ocean views . Lounge/ dining room with Wifi and Smart TV, great park and ocean views. Full kitchen with everything you could possibly want. Laundry and small bathroom. Quiet apartment but on a busy road so sometimes noisy, close to beaches, parks, shopping mall, restaurants and cafes, entertainment and public transport.

The Garden Suite

The Garden Suite is quiet. It's on the ground floor of our home and is well equipped with a queen size, comfortable bed and a couch. You can cook small meals in the Kitchenette. It's the main area you get when booking for 2 people. The Bluebird Suite is available for extra guests. Double bed and a couch. The shower and toilet are between the two aforementioned rooms. There is a washing machine and dryer. Park your car and explore Sydney by bus and train or drive 10 mins to Cronulla Beach.

Relax in a stylish bayside self contained studio, detached from main residence in exclusive location in Sth Cronulla. Set in a leafy, frangipani scented garden with separate entrance & on-street parking, the studio will be your sanctuary & oasis while you explore Cronulla & beyond. 50 mtr flat walk to a sandy bayside beach with crystal clear water & 12 minute walk to Cronulla Mall. Nearby are stunning beaches, scenic walks, cafes & restaurants & a short ferry ride to the Royal National Park.

The guest space is a private part of our house with own entrance and no shared areas. Located in a quiet street , a 15 minute walk from Cronulla Beach, restaurants and bars. Rooms are newly renovated with a comfy queen size bed in the main bedroom (3.1m x 4.3m) and a double bed in the adjoining room.(3.2m x 2.7) Kettle ,Toaster and Microwave provided. This guest house is very private. It is free standing and has its own ‘no stair’ side access. Walk straight on in. Best suited to singles, couple’s or young families. Cronulla beach is 10 minutes' drive away and Caringbah Shopping Centre and Train Station are just a 10 to 15 minute walk.

It is always pleasant sitting outside the Granny Flat enjoying your early morning cuppa listening to the birds.
