You will immediately feel at home in my modern 100 sq. apartment located just 20 min. north of Copenhagen, close to beaches and woods in one of the most attractive areas in Denmark. My home consists of 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and washing machine, living room with cable TV, a fully equipped kitchen and dining room combined. A lovely, spacious balcony is placed on the sunny side with view to a small garden. The apartment is perfect for families or couples. Pets are allowed. No lift.

Our guests tell us they love this rare garden apartment but the quiet all private yard is what makes it so unique. Mit lille skæve træhus, vil give Jer mulighed for ro - Slap af i denne unikke og hyggelige bolig. I vil have Dyrehaven, Bellevue strand og Klampenborg station i få minutters gåafstand - og dermed være i centrum af København med alle dens kunstmuseer og fristelser på 15 min med Kystbanetoget. Min frodige have og skønne træterrasse er oplagt til stille stunder og div hygge med ell uden markisens skygge. Endvidere rummer mit hus, masser af ældre hyggelig indretning + træterrasse også på 1.sal.

The bed-sittingroom, home for one. No smoking in house. Pleasant basement room with a comfortable single bed , two good armchairs for lounging and reading , and a small desk for working, book case and room for clothes. Adjoining bathroom with shower, hair dryer . Kitchenette with cooking facilities, refrigerator, microoven, toaster and electric kettle. - washing machine/drier, that you may use ONLY upon request :) I speak fluent English/French. German and understand Italian.

Værelset er Enkelt og lyst indrettet, med sofa, bord, gode stole og en dobbelt seng. Og udsigt til haven. En mellemgang fører til rum med garderobe samt mikroovn, køleskab, nespresso, vandkoger etc. som kun er til lejere af værelset. Og herfra videre til bad og toilet, som kun benyttes af lejere. Området er 10 min gang til S-tog og bus til Københavns med kultur og shopping, Nordsjælland, Louisiana, Kronborg etc. Gå-oplevelser i naturen i Dyrehaven, nærliggende parker og ved hav og strand.

Tæt på Dyrehaven, Bakken, stranden, Galopbanen og Travbanen. Kæledyr tilladt. Fester ikke tilladt. Rygning indendøre ikke tilladt.

Relax in the beautiful surroundings of Northern Copenhagen. Only 10 km from Central Copenhagen. 3 minutes walk from the train station taking you to central Copenhagen in 15 minutes every 10 minutes. 10 minutes walk from the Bellevue beach and Dyrehaven with the beautiful woods and fauna and the world renowned fun fair Dyrehavsbakken. Ordrupvej is a quiet yet bustling street with shops and cafées. Free parking behind the building or round the corner of Holmegaardsvej.

Close to the train station with trains that run directly to the center every 10 minutes. 10 km. from the center of Copenhagen. The apartment is family friendly and toys and games are available. Here you can enjoy the tranquility and at the same time get quickly to the city with all its possibilities.

Welcome to our apartment in Charlottenlund near the sea and Bakken! Totally new renovated and top modernised with dishwasher, washing machine new bathroom and kitchen all is new! Enjoy your stay with good view from balcony, near to station 3 minutes to walk S train station, 1 minutes to buss stop, restaurants near to walking distance, shopping as well. No pets. Parties are not allowed. Only for calm people!
