The Sanctuary at False Cape is a non-smoking property. Smoking (of any kind) is prohibited in the unit, on the balcony, and in the common areas of the property. Pets are not allowed. No parties or events allowed in the unit. Pools are managed by the condo association. They are typically open Memorial Day through Labor Day. Availability is subject to weather, maintenance, and/or repairs. Unit comes with two parking passes. One is an assigned space and the other is a first come first serve unmarked space. Garage clearance is 6'8". Additional public parking is located next door at Little Island Park and Fishing Pier (fee applies).

Located in the south end of the resort area. It's on the 2nd floor and has its own entrance. Enjoy access(with key) to the gym and pool ( open Apr-Sept) across the street. Ideal to walk to the fishing pier on 14th St, surf on 5th St or rent bikes/surreys nearby and cruise the boardwalk! There are many restaurants nearby including the Side Street Cantina next door and Beach Dogs around the corner. This is an older building and may show signs of wear and tear from the salt air.
