This stay was amazing! The location to the beach and pool was ideal with a newborn. This was the perfect size for the 3 of us and our dog, who enjoyed walks around the neighborhood. This was well worth the price and would love to stay again!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. It was very nice and clean. Everything was easily accessible. The fire pit in the back is also a nice touch to the place. Would book again

Wow! I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at such a cute and cozy Airbnb! I’m sad that my stay was so short but I would DEFINITELY love to come again for vacation! I came for work and extended my trip a bit but was more than satisfied with everything. There is beauty in the details and Channel really knew what she was doing with this home. It truly could be a home away from home and she takes it multiple steps further by adding recommendations on what to to, where to eat, etc!! I just wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy it. Thank you again Channel! I hope to be back!

Darlene was absolutely amazing. The place was perfect with a lot of kitchen utensils for cooking. The private balcony off of the master had a spectacular view of the beach to enjoy your coffee or wine. Personally favorite was the swing on the front porch where we sat and enjoyed coffee every morning. Walking distance to The Crab Trap and Pompano Joes, both personal favorites. Close to Destin outlets and the Destin commons for shopping. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Can’t wait to go back!

Our Ladies group had a wonderful weekend at Henke Zoo's place! We loved the big open concept kitchen and living area. It was great for gathering and sharing good laughs. Unlike most rentals, this pool really is well heated! Several of us enjoyed a nice long dip in the pool while the ocean is still too chilly for swimming. I would highly recommend the house for anybody looking for a large group rental in Destin!

This house is perfect!! Great location to the beach access and everything else including restaurants, shopping, etc. Everything was clean and well kept. John responded within 30 mins to all questions. We would definitely come back to this house in the future!

This is our second stay and we intend to come back over and over again. This is such a beautiful home with the best amenities. The perfect place to soak in the Sun and relax! The cottage was perfect. It was spotless clean when we arrived. Jason was super fast in responding. The location couldn’t have been better. The private access white powder beach was beautiful. The bicycles were a nice touch as we rode them to Aly’s Beach. We didn’t leave without enjoying the pool also. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

My family and I just finished up a 5 night stay during my daughter’s spring break, and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Brady was an amazing host! His communication leading up to and during our stay was great, and he even surprised us with donuts one day. The house was very clean and spacious. There were six people in our group, but the house could have easily accommodated a few more. The house was also in a great location with the beach, restaurants, and grocery store all just a short drive away on the golf cart included with the rental. The neighborhood was very quiet and perfect for a family trip. We hope to return to the area for another vacation soon, and we will be sure to contact Brady and Downtime Vacation Rentals when we do.

What a beautiful home! It was spacious and luxurious, spotlessly clean, with all the amenities and supplies we needed for our family beach vacation. The living room and beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking, the master bathroom and jetted tub were luxurious, and the outdoor space was quiet and relaxing. The huge garage had beach and pickelball gear, beach chairs, cornhole, and a cart to get stuff to the beach. The walk to the beach was a little longer than we expected, but manageable, especially with the cart that was provided at the house. It took about 5 minutes without the kids, a little longer with kids and gear in tow. The beach itself was beautiful and not too crowded during spring break. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, and we loved having the neighborhood amenities available. Claudiu was a perfect host, with excellent communication throughout our stay. We would be delighted to stay at this house again!

We loved staying here! Super clean, very quiet, lovely amenities! The beach access was super easy to get to one house away and the beach itself wasn’t overcrowded at all since it’s a private beach. We were provided beach towels, bikes, and plenty of kitchen amenities. Check in was SO easy. An umbrella and two chairs were set up every morning for us. The beach was perfect. We stayed during Hurricane Helene and the property was very proactive and responsive to us during that time. Felt totally safe and would absolutely stay here again. We loved it!

Stayed for one month. Easy access to the beach. Lots of restaurants in a 15 minute radius. Host was particularly helpful and responsive when we had an issue with one of the TVs not connecting to the cable company.

Wonderful Stay! Highly Recommend! We had the pleasure of staying at Mitch's place, and it was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was beautifully decorated, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super cozy, and I especially loved the costal themed decor. The location was perfect – pretty much close to everything. We had no trouble getting around. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Panama City Beach. Just a side note, if you are older, don't go during Spring Break time.

My husband and I stayed at Kelli’s listing for our babymoon! It was absolutely perfect - the place looked exactly like the photos and was in a prime location! We enjoyed all the beach accessories (chairs, umbrella, towels, etc) & appreciate all the kitchen appliances that they had available. Additionally, we appreciated their flexibility with our check in. The walls are thin, so if you are planning to stay here with littles or are a light sleeper yourself, we’d recommend a sound machine! Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
