We really enjoyed our stay at this place. It is very close to the beach and you can walk to several restaurants and a nice grocery store. The place was exceptionally clean and had a beautiful deck that you can see the ocean from. Great place in a great location.

My stay at Adrienne’s was terrific! She was very responsive and flexible with my schedule. There were nice amenities in the community. I love the area and look forward to returning! Christina

This house is a true gem! The house is simply gorgeous, with beautiful views from both the front and back. The house is well-cared for, and extremely well-appointed. I brought a handful of students here for a weekend yoga retreat, and my guests were so impressed with their accommodations. The beach access is right across the street, and it takes just a few minutes to get from the house to the beautiful beach. The private beach was gorgeous, quiet and peaceful. Stacey is responsive and helpful, and her instructions for check-in and check-out simple and clear. I hope to stay here again in the future- our weekend was simply magical.

Great place to stay with amazing hosts. Very easy to find and has so many things to do around. Great location with many restaurants around in walkable distance. We cannot say enough good things about Nancy's Pelican House or about Nancy herself! The house was perfect,a place to lay our heads and relax after a long day at the beach.The house is less than a 10-minute drive to Holden Beach. The beds were more comfortable than any hotel, and she provided everything we needed. Although the house is older, it has been beautifully remodeled and decorated. Our favorite spot was the screened-in front porch. Now, to brag about Nancy—she made our stay exceptional! She is the best host I have ever had with Airbnb. Nancy genuinely cares about her guests' well-being during their stay. She thoughtfully provided brochures and take-out menus, which were very helpful. Halfway through our stay, she messaged us to check in because she hadn't heard from us, showing her attentiveness and care. Nancy was always easy to talk to and responded promptly to our messages. Overall, Nancy's Pelican House is a gem, and Nancy herself is a fantastic host. We highly recommend!

This was one of the best, if not the AirBnB we have stayed in period. Place was clean, beautiful, plenty of required goods in the condo. Couldn’t be happier and we will stay again on our next golf trip to the area. Thank you David

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! Our toddler loved the house, it allowed plenty of space for the late night zooming to be had. It was a very short walk to the beach and super close to great restaurants! Sharon was super responsive and helpful with our questions! We loved it!

Stayed for 2 nights for a friends wedding. Accommodated us 5 groomsmen with spouses easily. Nice 15 minute scenic walk to the beach and a lot more cost effective than staying on the beach.
