Hello, we are a married couple with a family renting our full 1/1 downstairs with a kitchen. We are family and kid friendly! We do live on the upstairs floor so you will hear footsteps sometimes. The unit is completely separate with 3 private doors for you to come in and out. Step out and enjoy your privacy with the -500 Ft Pier, Boat House, hot tub, Grill and fire pit! - Hot tub for up to 5 people, with LED lights and control your own water temperature. - We are always available for questions!

Kayak the Bay

Waterfront Property. Enjoy dinners, sunsets, and stargazing from the 220' private dock on Mobile Bay. Explore the Bay in 2 on site kayaks or fish from the dock. Fairhope's quaint downtown is 11 miles North, convenient but far enough to keep the city lights from drowning out the magnificent night sky. Gulf Shores beaches are a 35-mile drive South or head North for the city lights of Mobile at about the same distance. Pets Welcome for a fee, please include them in your guest list when booking.

The property sits on a canal that is connected to fowl river, Mobile Bay and the Mississippi Sound. There is kayaks and a canoe on the property for you to explore the water ways or do some fishing. Or just relax on the large screened in back pouch and covered picnic area with a gas grill. Only 15 minutes to the beach

The Getaway

This 1950 3 bedroom 2 bath island house was remodeled with a Mid Century vibe. Some of the original features have been kept for authenticity. "The Getaway" feels like you are stepping back in time. It is a wonderful place to ride bikes and you can walk across the street to launch our 2 kayaks. I love our floor plan and the fact that each of the three bedrooms are large enough for a private retreat while the open kitchen/living area is so comfortable for the whole group to be together.

Relax with an incredible view at our family friendly property on Dauphin Island! You’ll have access to the pool, laundry facilities, BBQ grills, and fire pit. We’re conveniently located on Lemoyne which makes access to everything so much easier! We are also the home of Captain Ron’s Watersports so guests will receive a discount on rentals as well.
