Modern townhouse near Coffs Harbour CBD. A walk to shops, the botanic gardens, golf course and restaurants. It’s a 3 min drive to the jetty strip or 25min walk. The house is located in a quiet street so relaxing comfortably after taking in the sights of the beautiful Coffs Coast area. We can cater for up to 8 people and we charge a per person rate over two people, so it is affordable for couples and single travelers, as well as groups or families. single garage parking for normal sized cars.

The cottage has 50 m2 of indoor space, including a separate bedroom with a queen size bed, living and dining areas that includes a 55" TV and a 200 L fridge, a kitchenette/bathroom, separate shower room and separate wc. Conveniently located with Sawtell, Bellingen and Urunga all within 15 mins. The local bowling club and cafe are just 3km down the road and North beach only 3.5 km.

The Cottage

My place is close to great restaurants and dining, the patrolled beach, great coffee, boutique shopping, RSL, Bowling and Golf clubs plus the local cinema. You’ll love my place because it is only 10 mins or 700 metres easy walk to all of the above in the beautiful township of Sawtell. The homes outside space has ample parking for cars and boat. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
