We are located across a tiny creek, up a 1km winding, gravel driveway where the cottage is semi-privately set into the bush. Birdsong Villa (at Figtrees on Watson) is a purpose architect designed fully self contained cottage for use by our short stay guests. It is on the same property as our very popular Betharam Villa (see Figtrees on Watson listing for photos and information about this beautiful property). The villa has been designed to be wheelchair friendly with wide door opening and minimal door sills. The villa was completed in early 2021 and had been finished and furnished to a high standard.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Situated on the edge of Mount Alford town. Only 1 km from Kooroomba Vineyard and Lavender Farm and the Mount Alford Hotel. The cottage is detached from the home dwelling. It is equipped with all the essentials - comfortable queen bed, microwave, kettle, toaster, small bar fridge, hairdryer, fan, air conditioning, heater etc. There is a space in the shed for a caravan to be stored and plugged into power overnight if needed.

Cosy, self-contained, studio style cottage. Guests are welcome to make full use of all facilities. A large entertaining area with barbeque and fire pit. Set on an acreage on the edge of Warwick with bushland setting. Single carport with plenty of space in our yard for a caravan, trailer or truck. Unfenced, so no pets, sorry. Light breakfast included. We can cater for two, having a queen bed.
