The building has been restored with new windows, doors and drywall, even so you will hear faint noises of the city. You will have access to your private unit on the third floor and gated parking for one car. Christina is always available by message should you need her. The Woodruff on Ponce is located near many leading attractions. Go just a few blocks to reach Ponce City Market and the beltline. It's down the street from Piedmont Park and across the road from well-known eateries such as Pappi's and Bon-ton. The Woodruff is on the bus line, close to two Marta Stations (Peachtree Center and Midtown Arts)and uber is always within 2 minutes. The city also has Bird and Lime scooters as well as motorized and non motorized bikes. If you are traveling with a car you will have one off street, gated assigned parking space. We can provide only one parking space per reservation. The building has a total of six units. Urban noises may be heard at times. Pets are considered, please ask before booking. You will be given a key fob to enter building and a electronic gate opener if you have a car. If either are lost there will be a $200 replacement fee.
