Two miles from the interstate, The Barn is on three acres of peaceful private property. As you pull on to our road The Barn is to the left of our home. Parking signs are clearly marked. The Barn - Downstairs is a 600 square foot efficiency apartment with a comfortable king size bed, a kitchenette, a den area with a queen size sofa sleeper, a bathroom with a shower and a 55” TV that swivels. Amenities include a patio, a charcoal grill, a fire pit, a pond for fishing, and a nature trail.

This is a guest suite attached to our home. It is located in a peaceful neighborhood. It’s only a 10 min walk to Baton Rouge Main Public Library and Botanical Gardens. This space is perfect for a maximum of 4 people as it is furnished with a queen size bed and a sofa bed. This Airbnb has a full size refrigerator, a kitchenette that has a microwave, an air fryer, crockpot, coffee maker (NOT keurig), toaster and waffle maker, blender and rice cooker. Parking is available on driveway.

The Cabin is a cozy getaway located on a 4.5 acre lot in a quiet neighborhood. It's only 10 minutes away from the Baton Rouge Airport and Walmart. Downtown Baton Rouge and LSU are about 20 minutes away so if you’re planing to watch a game or enjoy the city it is a little bit of a drive. There's also a simple walking trail that goes to an over view of the Comite River. It takes 5 or 10 minutes to walk and can be challenging for small children but will be enjoyable for out door lovers.

Both LSU stadium and downtown are only 25 minutes away; New Orleans in an hour away! (The home beside is also available, the second next door but must be booked separately. The Blue Heron Guest House is a great place to just get away, enjoy nature, canoe (provided), fish the pond or the bayou, birdwatching (lots of birds), etc. The property does have a boat slip and a small boat launch for those who want to explore the area by boat.
