Very responsive host. Good communication.

There was ample space, and it was very clean. Everything we needed was there. Everyone loved the bathroom and luxurious shower. We only had a few very minor issues that will likely be resolved. If you’re looking for authentic TX BBQ, visit Meat U Anywhere! The food there was pricey but very worth it. I loved how close it was to Denton and the family-friendly tourist spots in Grapevine.

Great place , plenty room for big group of people ! The chickens , water activity and horses are a great plus ! Steven was very understanding and communication was clear and prompt. Very well kept place with beautiful garden and greenery covering the road on other side of property. The noise from the road got a bit loud at times which was the only downside we saw but we were with people we loved and still had great fun !

Ok. This is the second time I’ve stayed with Henry and Ann at their place and Watauga. This place is absolutely awesome. Everything you see in the pictures is everything that you’ll get when you’re there. It’s a spacious place with an outdoor patio, including a hot tub that is so relaxing after a long day exploring Fort Worth and the surrounding area. My family and I had a wonderful time, yet again, hanging out for a long weekend at their house! When the opportunity arises we will definitely come back. Oh, and the pool table room is so cool! So was the foosball table though I’m not great at it! All I got for these 2 hosts is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and 😀😀😀😀😀. Thanks so much for your hospitality Henry and Ann!

Stayed here for a buddies golf trip, the house was perfect for our group of four adults, and would have been great for 4 couples as well. The house is spacious, clean, and comfortable, the neighborhood is quiet, and theres plenty to eat and do in the surrounding area. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Fun Airbnb and very clean! Mattresses/linens were super comfortable and updated. The hosts were very friendly and responsive, and worked with me to make sure my friends and I had a great stay. A few things worth noting: the kitchen is great but needs to be replenished with more cookware (like a can opener and spatula big enough to flip pancakes) and dishes to accommodate 6-9 guests. There is a small Keurig but no coffee maker. Would have appreciated extra sponges/dish towels, paper towels (there weren’t any) and counter top cleaner to help keep the space fresh on our end. However, even without these things, the place is awesome and feels much bigger in person than in pictures. 10/10 recommend and would definitely rent from them again the next time I’m in Dallas!

Beautiful artsy 1923 home. Very comfortable and love the artsy decor, especially the gorgeous dog lamp! The massage chair was a blessing. My back is feeling much better. Rain shower was great. Plenty of hot water. I love this place.

Our stay was delightful! Definitely felt luxurious, with the super soft beds and deep soaker tub! Also the whole house was extremely clean and had everything we needed! I would rate our stay 100 out of 5 stars! Thank yall for a wonderful weekend!

Excellent location, walk to anything you’d need . Even in downtown , it was quiet in evenings , if wanted to live in city , would live there !

Olivia's apartment was perfect for my stay while visiting my son and his gf. Because they were at work during the day I had a lot of time on my hands. Location was great -- although I am not a big shopper, having stores within walking distance gave me something to do during the day and having a Target nearby was great for picking up groceries or any miscellaneous things I might need. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. Comfy bed and pillows and nice towels in the bathroom. I spent a lot of time on the balcony and made use of the nice, clean gym. I also sat down by the pool a couple of times. Olivia's apartment fit my needs perfectly. And, Olivia was extremely responsive anytime I had a question. I would highly recommend!

Huge apartment complex near the freeway next to storage units and office complex. close enough to chain restaurants and other basic amenities, but a bit of a drive to Stockyards and downtown. The foldout couch/bed is small and comparable to sleeping on the converted table in an RV. Definitely not comfortable for a large adult . We did not have time to use the community pool or clubhouse, but I looked nice. Overall, I would pick this place again over a chain hotel but it's pretty basic and similar experience.

I stayed at Elizabeth’s place while visiting schools in Southlake as we explore a potential move to the area. The location couldn’t have been better -- just a short drive to Southlake and an easy 7-minute walk to Grapevine’s charming Main Street, filled with shops and restaurants. The home itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. Elizabeth is truly a Superhost -- incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and welcoming. From the handwritten welcome sign with my name to the Hershey’s Kisses on the pillows, every detail was carefully considered and added such a personal touch. Even the ground coffee provided was top-notch! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Grapevine, Southlake, Coppell, or the surrounding neighborhoods.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Texas! The house was clean, spacious, and perfect for our group. The host was absolutely amazing—super responsive, kind, and accommodating from start to finish. There was a small miscommunication around a gathering we hosted, but she handled everything with such grace and professionalism. Truly a great experience all around. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Terri is a wonderful host amazing communication and hospitality and consideration for her guests. hallelujah Ranch was the perfect venue for our family reunion with the pool , relaxing view of the horses , game room with billiards ,indoor and outdoor seating for our entire family. We truly had an amazing experience

We had a great time at Diana’s house! The pool and hot tub were excellent amenities. Plenty of space and beds throughout the house. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed. I would recommend this stay to anyone.

Ruchi's place was absolutely stellar! My big family of 13 spent time here over the graduation weekend and everyone had a blast. From cooking and grilling together with the amazing amenties, to the pool and spa, even the board games made sure no moment was dull over the 3 days. Plus the beds were so comfy!! This place looked just like the photos.! It was perfect.! Not far from the interstate.! Walmart was about 10 minutes away. They were very helpful when I asked any questions.! This house was amazing.!! The outside area is the chill spot.! He has tvs everywhere outside so you won’t miss any that your watching.!
