Cowbeach Cottage is Grade II listed and has been lovingly restored to a high standard. It features a wealth of old oak beams and an inglenook fireplace with a cosy wood burning stove. It is tastefully decorated throughout to provide a relaxing space. The bespoke oak staircase leads to a beautiful vaulted bedroom with views across the Kent countryside. The cottage benefits from a private south facing garden and patio. It is ideally situated to explore the many National Trust properties close by.

Jacks Cottage -

A beautiful oak framed building with great views of the south downs. Accommodation comprising of a comfortable lounge with TV and wifi and log burner. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. One double bedroom downstairs with en suite shower room. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with two single beds and a sitting area above the lounge area with a bathroom with free standing bath. The outside space is a south facing patio with table and chairs and a BBQ is available.

Caburn Cabin is in Firle Village in the South Downs national park. Our spacious timber cabin sleeps up to four people. It has a warm rustic charm whilst being fully equipped with modern facilities. There is a rear private deck with seating. Ideal for romantic escapes or active holidays. Enjoy the outdoors by foot & bike direct from the cabin. The local pub & village shop are just 10 minutes walk. Perfect for Glyndebourne, Charleston & Firle weddings or explore nearby towns of Lewes or Brighton.

Heavenly Waterside Sussex Barn

Tack Barn is our super stylish and sustainable holiday cottage here at Upper Lodge near Lewes - a very special place to stay. Tucked into a private woodland overlooking the pond and countryside, we've kitted it out with products and art from local makers. Ideally located for Lewes, the iconic Seven Sisters Cliffs and South Downs. Hop into the hammock and sit by a glowing fire-pit in the summer, or snuggle up in front of the wood-burner in the winter - the Tack Barn is special all year round.

Nestled between the beautiful East Sussex villages of Ticehurst and Wadhurst (voted the best place to live in the UK 2023), The Studio at Brick Kiln Farm offers a unique opportunity to relax and stay next to working farmland surrounded by stunning countryside. Bewl Water, Bedgebury and Scotney Castle are within easy driving distance and an evening can be finished at one of the excellent nearby village pubs.

There is also a kettle and toaster, cutlery etc. Youngs garden stable block is on the edge of a charming old village in East Sussex, within striking distance of Bateman's ( home of Rudyard Kipling ) and many other historic sites such as Bodiam castle, Scotney castle, and many more. The village is approximately a 10 minute walk and has 2 pubs and a small supermarket.

The Cart Lodge a cosy rural hideaway

Situated in a secluded part of our 16th century farm, this detached, south facing cart barn has been converted to a very high standard. In an ideal location overlooking a large duck pond and with distant views to the South Downs. It is a great base for walking the Wealdway or cycling the Cuckoo Trail. Places to explore include Lewes and Eastbourne, 9 miles. Glyndebourne 6 miles. An excellent pub and restaurant is within a ten minute walk along country footpaths. The village shop 2 miles.

Oliveswood barn a self contained contemporary Architect designed Barn is a luxurious couples retreat, a detached structure surrounded by beautiful AONB countryside with outstanding views. Dog friendly. Close to many famous houses and gardens ,Sissinghurst Castle, Great Dixter, Chartwell, Batemans and Scotney Castle. The Spa town of Royal Tunbridge Wells is a 20 minute drive away. Wadhurst our nearest village has 2 small supermarkets, great butcher, deli, 2 pubs and takeaways.

The Sea Room at Lion House

The Sea Room is a glorious 2-bedroom flat situated on Marina in St. Leonards. The flat is incredibly spacious, has wonderful views and an extraordinary terrace, making it one of the most unique flats in the area. PLEASE NOTE: For those who have been following news of our building restoration, we are very happy to report that the scaffolding is now down and our beautiful views fully restored. Relax and unwind in the cosy comfort of our beautiful cabin. Snuggle up by the log burner whilst looking out at our peaceful lake, surrounded by ancient woodland. A private couples’ retreat for relaxing, unwinding, and sharing magical moments in nature. If you can pull yourselves away from your woodland hideaway, the lovely village of East Hoathly isn’t far, with a cozy café, village shop, and friendly local pub to explore.

The Granary, Organic Vineyard stay with Pool.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

Set in a picturesque village with miles of country walks, this detached Summer House is located just a few minutes walk from the village centre where you will find a local pub, tea room, village store and Italian delicatessen . From its position you will enjoy beautiful views of rolling countryside and access to walks on your doorstep, as well as several National Trust places like Sissinghurst and Scotney Castle close by.
