One of the best of my 30+ airbnb stays. Place is great, and you 100% can not beat the price with the accessibility to nyc. Close walk to Newark Penn so my commute to the city was really simple. Carlos, the host, is super hospitable as well. He helped me with a few things throughout the stay and even rescheduled cleaning on my checkout day so I could stay a couple hours late due to an important meeting. Overall A+ can not recommend enough especially if you're someone trying to have privacy at a good value.

Maureen’s place is super clean! The space was just perfect. Close walk to beach and restaurants. Maureen is very accommodating and makes sure you have everything you need. We will be going back!

Had a great time and got to relax and have fun. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to have a getaway with a partner

Although we were only there for a short stay, Rohan had made it a great experience. He responded timely to our questions and made check in effortless. He checked in on us to make sure everything was going well and that we weren’t in need of anything. Nonetheless the house was spacious and clean. Definitely worth the money. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re back in the state.

A great area to stay at. Lots of things close by if you needed something. Short drive to New York. Debbie gave great instructions on how to get to the cottage house and checked on us a few times to make sure everything was going fine. The snow was beautiful in the yard and our dogs loved it since we are from the south and rarely get snow. Would definitely stay here again if we ever decided to come back this way.

Everything was perfect , room was cool with well aligned furniture and settings . Hope to visit more often

Just was a great host. Very accommodating with the time that I needed. I was able to extend my stay multiple times. He kept the outside of the house clean and was very accommodating.

This was by far one of the best airbnbs I have stayed in! Defina! Was a phenomenal host, attended to every need! Was very responsive! And let’s not talk about the hospitality! We celebrated my daughter’s 5th birthday @ American Dream! She made sure we were accommodated well! Frigerator stocked! House well stocked with linens! Honesty is the key with her! Pedro's place is immaculate. Cannot say enough, Very tidy, clean and homey and most of all Pedro is one of the nicest people I have ever met. He goes over an beyond for his guest. We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home near New York City. Comfortably furnished and pleasantly decorated, with a well furnished kitchen and there were even games for the kids. The host was responsive and helpful. We enjoyed the beautiful views of the harbor filled with sailboats from the park next door and my kids loved the playground too!

Great stay for our group of 9! We stayed 4 nights and found the rooms compact but sufficient since we were out exploring NYC most of the time. Emmanuel was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. He provided an extra house key when our group split up and allowed us to use the washer and dryer (including detergent), even though it was initially blocked off. The dryer wasn’t working properly due to a clogged vent, which we partially cleared and reported — Emmanuel appreciated the heads-up and said it would be fixed. Check-in/out was smooth, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. The 5 bedrooms were perfect for our group, and though we didn’t use the cute backyard due to rain and being out, it was a nice touch. The only downside was that the floors were a bit dusty on arrival. Overall, it was a great place to stay and worked really well for our trip. Would definitely recommend!

We had an amazing stay!! The house was beautiful and spotless! Having extra sheets, and amenities in the house when we arrived came in handy during our stay. The backyard was perfect for hanging out and enjoying the nice weather. Overall it was an amazing stay and I can’t recommend this property enough!!

The Airbnb was stunning and super comfortable! It was a super easy ride to the city. So worth it instead of trying to find a nice, spacious, and affordable space in NYC. I had such a great stay. Would love to come back again!

The views!!! Fantastic 4 night stay. Really spacious, airy, comfortable en-suite room with an enormous & extremely comfortable bed. I loved enjoying the views of the Manhattan skyline from the bed, could never tire of it. Everything you need in the room, plenty of towels, extra throws for the bed or sofa on cooler nights. The room is in Phil & Gio's home but it was very private & quiet. Grocery store, cafes, bus stop & light rail only a couple of minutes walk from the apartment. Gio & Phil couldn't have been more responsive, friendly & helpful. Wonderful place to stay away from the noise & bustle of Manhatten, but reachable in 30 mins. Would love to stay again.

It’s honestly a great place to stay. The only issue is parking. Definitely gotta make time and plan that out . Other then that perfect stay 👌

This stay was great in location and inside. It was comfy and clean. No issues at all throughout the stay and practical location.

Your best bet to explore NY. We happened to spend a long weekend and found Alex’s place just perfect. Its location is amazing, within walking distance to Central Park, many restaurants and supermarkets, and close to the public transport. The room and bed were comfy, and the flat super well equipped which allowed us to cook breakfast and meals. The host was most gracious, instructions were always clear and allowed us to store our bags so we could take advantage of our time in the city. 100% recommended!

Great hospitality and communication was excellent. View of the water and lots of space. Could also park right out front, vet accommodating and friendly.

The apartment is nicely and carefully furnished, very clean and just as advertised on the pictures. In the morning you can wake up to the chirping of birds and rustling of leaves. We did not expect to feel as much at home as we did! That is not only owed to the cosy living situation but also to Lee being a wonderful host and person. His sweet dog Dahlia is just the cherry on top. Likely the most well educated dog we ever came across, and that says a lot as we are avid dog lovers. So in conclusion, we loved our stay at Lee‘s home and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to not only explore manhattan.

Eleonora’s place? Absolutely perfect. The location is ideal—right in the heart of Greenpoint, Brooklyn— quiet, clean, spacious, and full of charm. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The garden is a peaceful little oasis, perfect for unwinding after a day in the city. There’s so much to explore in the neighborhood, and Eleonora and Ben were the perfect hosts: friendly, responsive, and full of fantastic local recommendations. We were in town for a two-day music event, so our time was limited—but thanks to their great advice, we made the most of it. Can’t wait to come back for a longer stay!
