Book this incredible tiny house for the perfect romantic getaway in the heart of Chapel Hill! It sits in a private forest full of wildlife but is only a 5-minute walk to Franklin Street and the UNC campus. Enjoy amazing views from the floor-to-ceiling windows of foxes and deer playing on the lawn. Lounge on the wall-to-wall hammock as you gaze at the trees through the skylights. Unwind with a movie in bed played on our massive projector. There's nothing like this anywhere in the Triangle!

Enjoy this apartment only 2 blocks from campus in the Franklin Rosemary historic district. You will love being so close to Sorority Row, Starbucks, Top of The Hill, Kenan stadium and everything Franklin St has to offer! The entire apartment is available with two bedrooms and a shared bath. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a washer/dryer and a Keurig coffee maker. There is parking for one car in front of the cottage and an exterior outlet for your electric car.

Come stay in our private suite on the lower level of our home! We have a great location only 9 minutes drive to UNC and easy access to I-40 gets you to RDU and the airport easily. We provide high speed internet with ethernet hookup and mesh wifi with a dedicated workstation. Large flatscreen TV includes at least 3 streaming services and our personal digital movie library through Apple TV app. Fully stocked Keurig station with coffee, tea and the morning basics!
