Sellers Guest House is a story and half, situated on the property of the West Customs House built in 1772. The guest house has a opened floor plan with kitchen and bathroom on the main floor and a bedroom upstairs. There is a delightful front porch that is perfect to relax on. We are so excited to invite you to stay in our sweet little classic cottage, nestled in the heart of Elizabeth City's historic district. 1201 Church Street is surrounded by some of the original Elizabeth City homes dating all the way back to the late 1700s. We fell in love with the charm of the area combined with all of the up-and-coming attractions nearby. Our cottage is close to all of the new downtown breweries, wine bars, trendy restaurants, and waterfront district.

The Duck Inn at Lunker Lodge

The Duck Inn is a 320 sq ft efficiency apartment adjacent to the Lunker Lodge. It has a private entrance, full bathroom, ample closet space and is furnished with a queen sized bed (new Nectar mattress), and a loveseat with full sized pullout. Kitchen area is equipped with a microwave, toaster oven, hot plate and Keurig coffee maker and basic kitchenware.
