Мы провели незабываемый отпуск в сердце Тосканы, а Davide и Annaliza сделали его еще более приятным! Было очень приятно получить по приезду бутылку просекко и для нас приготовили горячую джакузи с видом на Сан-Джиминьяно 🥰 наш отдых начался сразу! Мы чувствовали себя желанными гостями! На любые наши просьбы Davide и Annalize отвечали моментально и помогали во всём. Дом очень милый, чистый и уютный, каждая деталь продумана с любовью, а из всех окон открывается сказачный вид на природу Тосканы! Мы влюбились в это место и хотели бы вернуться. Спасибо большое за фантастический отдых.

Lovely, peaceful, spacious place with a kind and generous host in Simone. He met us as we arrived and used his wagon to help move our luggage into the cottage. Big rooms, lots of space, many handy supplies in the kitchen. Good shower, comfortable bed. Enough bench space in the bathroom to put your things. Simone was really helpful with local recommendations for restaurants and where to park the car. One day he made a delicious tart and bought us in half. Would recommend staying at his place.

Logement propre et literie très confortable. Nous avons passé un agréable moment. Le jacuzzi est un vrai plus pour se détendre. Notre hôte prenait soin de le préparer pour nos retours d'excursion. Sara and Brian are truly amazing hosts—proactive, kind, and fascinating to talk to. Their home is enchanting, like stepping into a real fairytale. You can feel how much love and care they’ve poured into every detail. It’s one of the most spectacular places we’ve ever stayed in! Not only is the house and the garden magical, but it’s also so practical and thoughtfully equipped, providing everything you could think of to make your stay comfortable. The gym was fantastic, and the house had plenty of space for two families. Even with 2 adults and 4 “monkeys” (our energetic kids), there was room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and celebrating New Year’s Eve with fireworks lighting up the entire region was an unforgettable experience. Thank you, Sara and Brian, for sharing your incredible home with us. We can’t wait to return!!!

La casa è bella e offre tutti i servizi necessari. La strada per arrivare, soprattutto nell'ultimo tratto, si inerpica un po', tuttavia non è stato difficile raggiungere l'alloggio. Si gode di una bella vista e della tranquillità della natura, la strada è trafficata pochissimo ed è possibile uscire a piedi per fare una splendida passeggiata nei boschi. Le camere sono accoglienti, i letti comodi, i bagni funzionali, gli spazi per mangiare e rilassarsi sufficientemente spaziosi (eravamo 4 adulti e 2 cani). Il riscaldamento dei termosifoni avviene attraverso la cucina a legna, inizialmente serve prendere un po' di dimestichezza ma una volta scaldata la casa risulterà molto confortevole e il fuoco del legno è un ottimo compagno per trascorrere momenti di relax e tranquillità lontano dal caos e dalla frenesia. Chris è stato molto gentile e disponibile e ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni. Un solo suggerimento: una guida sull'uso della cucina a legna

Non occorre usare parole ridondanti per dire quanto ci siamo trovati bene; e' evidente come nella deliziosa casetta di Sandra ogni cosa sia stata sistemata per rendere la permanenza degli ospiti il più possibile gradevole. Pulizia, dotazione di accessori, posizione, posto macchina, tranquillità della zona...e l'elenco potrebbe proseguire a lungo; e poi che dire di Sandra, una persona di una solarità fuori dal comune che accoglie i propri ospiti con un sorriso che è come un abbraccio....grazie mille e complimenti, speriamo tanto di ritornare!

We, 2 couples a baby and a dog, enjoyed our week at this lovely location. After a quite rocky and adventurous road, the house is situated in the midst of the beautiful tuscan landscape with wine hills and olive trees. From the lovely pool which was only for us we enjoyed those lovely views. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is fully equipped, including a nice barbecue ourside. Florence is reachable within about 45 minutes by car and there are two little towns about 10-15 minutes away with big grocery stores, restaurants and gelaterias. Andrea and Gianni were super helpful, responsive and lovely hosts. We would highly recommend Le Spugne.

Eine Oase mit unglaublicher Weitsicht!!! Wir wollten gar nicht weg von diesem tollen Ort. Francesca hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns zum Haus geführt, wo uns kurzgesagt ein Paradies erwartete. Leichter Rucksack und Wanderschuhe sind tatsächlich ein „Muss“ auf dem Weg zum Cottage, da der Weg dorthin zum Teil sehr felsig ist. Wir liebten die Wanderung auf dem ursprünglichen Pfad nach oben. Wer mit dem Auto anreist, muss einen Parkplatz dafür finden. Das kann eine kostspielige Angelegenheit werden, ist aber in der Gegend üblich und sollte nicht abschrecken. Soggiorno fantastico per due persone con vista mozzafiato e accesso diretto al mare. Donatella è molto disponibile come host e saprà darvi consigli utili su porto santo Stefano e calette della zona. Super consigliato!

Stupenda casa nelle colline Lucchesi, io e i miei 8 amici ci siamo trovati stupendamente, la casa ha tutto lo spazio necessario per 9 persone e tutti i confort per vivere bene. Vicinissima al centro di Lucca ma in un area tranquilla e silenziosa. Gli host sono stati disponibilissimi e sempre pronti a rispondere alle nostre domande, ci hanno fortino alla lettera tutte le informazioni per raggiungere e accedere alla casa, poi ci hanno allegato diverse informazioni sul dove andare e dove mangiare. Unica pecca quasi irrilevante, la strada per arrivare la casa é un po’ dissestata, non praticissima per auto basse. Ma nel complesso esperienza consigliatissima!!!

I wish we could’ve stayed here longer! This was the perfect, cozy, peaceful stay. Daniela and her family were so kind, they made us feel right at home. The grounds were so beautiful, and just a short walk up the hill, through the vineyard, and you get an incredible view. Within a 15 minute drive, there are some great restaurants and vineyards to check out. This was truly a perfect stay for us, we loved everything about it.

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home. It was a little piece of heaven. The home was everything we could hope for. We would absolutely return on another vacation and will highly recommend it to others. Our hosts were lovely and helpful and we are so grateful to them for sharing their home with us.

Eine wundervolle Unterkunft! Die Aussicht und der liebevoll angelegte Garten machen das Cottage zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Am Abend erscheinen Glühwürmchen, man genießt einen traumhaften Sonnenuntergang und kann es sich auf der Terrasse bei einem gemütlichen BBQ-Abend so richtig gutgehen lassen. Porto Santo Stefano ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch eine kleine Badebucht liegt nur 15–20 Minuten entfernt (der Weg ist nicht ganz einfach, aber es lohnt sich!). Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt und die stets überaus freundliche Kommunikation!

perfect place in Tuscany we stayed 7 days and it was perfect to explore Tuscany and to relax at the pool side. The house is very charming in Tuscany style Laura even left us coffee water and Prosecco. One if the best stays during our Italy trip

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Vito. La maison est très bien agencée et propose de nombreux équipements. L’endroit est idyllique entouré de champs d’oliviers et en hauteur permettant une vue exceptionnelle sur la Toscane. La piscine est tout bonnement fantastique, spacieuse et extrêmement entretenue grâce au bras droit de Vito qui prend grand soin de toute la propriété . C’est une adresse à retenir absolument que nous recommandons fortement.

Urlaub und Entspannung von der ersten Minute an. Schön eingerichtetes Haus mit zwei geräumigen Zimmern sowie Bad und Küchenzeile. Perfekte sonnige Terrasse, auf der man von morgens bis abends seine Zeit verbringen kann. Tisch, Stühle, Sessel und Liegen vorhanden. Gut erreichbar ca. 20 km von der Autobahn. In 15 km Entfernung alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

The stay was amazing, the location is super nice and calm, just what me and my husband needed for a relaxing vacation.

Miejsce jest cudowne ! Domek miał wszystko czego potrzeba, wspaniała przestrzeń przed domkiem- prywatny grill, stol z krzesłami, leżaki, parasol i grill. Do najbliższego sklepu jakieś 10 min samochodem, w miejscowosci pratovecchio i Stia na znajduje się kilka wspaniałych restauracji. Strefa z basenem jest wspaniała- basen jest czysty, leżaki wygodne i NIESAMOWITY widok. Zdecydowanie polecam zdecydowanie na krótszy i dłuższy pobyt !

Wir hatten schöne Tage bei Paul Antoine. Wir haben die ruhige Lage und die wunderschöne Natur um uns herum genossen. Bei dem tollen Wetter konnten wir die Terrasse super zum Essen nutzen und mit dem Auto haben wir die Gegend mit den tollen Ausflugszielen (Berge, Strände) erkundet. Die Unterkunft war sauber und die Ausstattung war gut.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt bei Laura, trotz des nicht so guten Wetters. Die Terrasse bietet einen wunderbaren Blick in die Landschaft und lässt nichts vermissen. Laura war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!
