Few minutes walk to St Peters station, 10 minutes to Erskineville and Newtown Stations. Buses just around the corner on King Street. Lovely quiet space with private entrance.

It has timber floors, a timber deck & outdoor seating & windows with fly screens. There is easy access down a shared driveway to come and go as you please. We have two children, a poodle cross dog, 2 cats, who you may catch a glimpse of if you’re lucky

Enjoy a short or long stay in our beautiful, newly refurbished studio apartment in the heart of Newtown. Perfect location 2 minutes walk from Newtown train station, close to all the action yet located at the rear of a boutique apartment building and therefore very quiet. A few blocks away from Enmore Road (recently named coolest street in Sydney) is this recently refurbished space. There is a huge, luxury bathroom (outside the apartment), a kitchenette and a dining space. This Victorian / Italianate freestanding terrace in an incredible part of Sydney close to transportation and the CBD. Being a home built in the late 1800s, the house itself is a grand dame. It groans and creaks with its occupants. The bedroom is underneath the main house’s living areas.
