A quiet, comfy cozy spot to land for a few days…wish we could have sat out on the covered patio more, but it was raining and damp so our outdoor time was limited. The sofa and bed were comfortable. And we appreciated our host’s restaurant recommendations, which we put to use for dinner and breakfast.

Home was in good condition, clean and had all the things to make breakfast and dinners. Only issue’s one sink in bathroom need attention, garbage disposal need to be cleaned didn't drain well. Keurig was missing the filter in the water chamber, and kitchen counters need a facelift. Other than those little things it was very accommodating and pleasant And relaxing! Thanks much.

We loved staying at this home in Bella Vista! Beth and John were excellent hosts. We were spending time with family for Christmas, and they added extra touches to make us feel at home: a Christmas tree in the living room, roasting pan for Christmas dinner and extra chairs for the table. We saw extras for dogs, children and mountain bikers — and passed access points to the Back 40 on the actual street the house is on. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a well-appointed vacation home in NWA!

Great home for the 4 of us. Had everything we needed. The large backyard was a plus. There's plenty to do within walking distance and a short drive to trails, parks, etc.

Tonya's place was very quiet, and clean. she had everything you would need and more! One of the best parts wad Tonya herself. Even tough I never actually met her in person, I felt like I did. Alumni visiting for a baseball game! Was super close to Baum Stadium which was awesome. We got to bring our dog and the backyard was nice and fenced! Very clean and had plenty of amenities and snacks/coffees! The only negative was that the house is on a busy road and can be a little loud with traffic. Overall great place!

Edwin was a great host and this was a great place to stay. Plenty of room for the kids to sprawl out after a long day in the ball field.

Thoughtful amenities, stellar location and perfectly designed house made this rental a perfect choice. We will make this our first choice for any future stays!

Great place to stay, clean with all the amenities you need. Fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer was nice, bib walkin shower. Quality bedding and linens, check in was easy and good directions to the place. Nice view of the surrounding mountains with the outdoor fire pit, I enjoyed my stay and recommend Todd's place.

We loved our stay at the Hobbit House! It was such a unique experience and so relaxing. The location was really great too - it had a quite country feel while being just 10 minutes from a cute downtown area and restaurants. We would definitely come back! My only note is that the cleaning fee seemed high to me, especially with all the requests for check-out (guests wash dishes, take out trash, etc.). However, it is a very large house. Overall, we loved it and would surely recommend it to anyone!

My fiancé and I stayed for 2 days to and loved every bit of it. The photos in the app don’t do it justice to just how pristine this place is. Comfortable, homey, with just the right amount of modern and traditional interior combined. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing weekend and anyone looking to get out and enjoy themselves. Clear instructions, a very welcoming guest book to help with anything a guest might need, and an amazing host makes this the perfect getaway.

The treehouse was as described. The setting was comfortable. There was a really nice elevated deck and also a covered picnic table. There was a pristine BBQ grill. The description was clear that there was no wifi. As long as you know that ahead of time you will be fine staying here.

Once again it was a great stay look forward to booking again.

We love Bentonville! Such a great home to stay for a few days. Host is wonderful and really attentive to guests. The place is clean with all the amenities for comfort. Helpful instructions the entire time. And even for checkout. Would definitely consider again!

We had a very relaxing time and this property is beautiful and perfect if you just want to get away. It was everything I was looking for. I wanted to read by the lake, I wanted to relax in the hot tub and wake up and have a view why I enjoyed my coffee. Everything you need to relax and stay in and reconnect is here. The kayaks would have been perfect to enjoy the lake, fire pit, grill, board games, movies, well stocked kitchen, extra blankets, all the things we’re thought of, even extra toothbrushes in the bathroom in case you forgot! We would definitely come back to this property or another hosted by Fatima! Super quick response to any questions I had! Also super easy check out, take the trash out, put anything you used back and wash the dishes (dishwasher), lock up!

This place is darling! We had a fantastic stay in this cozy home. The location was perfect, so close to downtown and the bike trails. The house is warm, inviting and has everything we needed to make our stay extra special. Noel was so welcoming and responsive making sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this Airbnb! We really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect. You are right on the water. The deck was amazing to eat dinner on and relax while reading a book. I was also very impressed by the well-stocked kitchen. We had every kind of pot and pan we could ever need. The kitchen, huge window display, and idyllic deck were the highlights. The location was also conveniently located near a marina where you can rent a boat.

We were so pleased with the beautiful area and guest house! It was even more beautiful than the pictures! The house was so clean and comfortable. There were so many provisions for us as well. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Was way better than expected! Pictures really don’t do it justice.. not far from main streets in Eureka Springs. Very close to the lake. Very friendly neighbors all around. Brand new large back deck. That was a great additional outdoor space. Would definitely rebook this space in the future
