This 1940 brick farm house was built by my grandfather and tobacco was grown for years. He owned and operated the White Swann Trading Post and grill until his passing. We consider ourselves fortunate and enjoy sharing the beauty and wonder of this place with our family and now you. Today it is in transition from being an active sheep farm. In addition to nice walking and outdoor hangout spots on the 83 acres there is a 9 acre lake where you may enjoy fishing and non motorized boating! Welcome!

Fayetteville regional airport is just 3.5 miles away as well so close to all locations near. Has its own private pond as well as completely fenced in. The property is owned by myself as well as the one next door as well, both fenced in including pond. Earlier check-in available if preferred or needed.
